In addition to the aspects we liked marked above, they have an exceptional front desk staff that kindly takes care and with a warm smile of any questions or requests. If we return to Reykjavik we will definitely stay here again, mostly so we can enjoy her sincere customer service with a smile. So much so that she should be training others in this field. Also, the hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet which includes vegetarian options. If you need anything in your room that is not already there, just ask. They will do their best to accommodate you. Also, it is so convenient to walk around, go to bus stop #9 for excursions, and/or call a taxi. It is within walking distance from almost everything worth seeing in Reykjavik, or a non-expensive taxi ride from the others like Sky Lagoon and Perlan Museum. "

"Property is stunning and the on site thermal pool was great! Also dark enough that we got to see northern lights. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Right in the Golden circle area so very convenient for seeing the major sites in this part of Iceland. Only complaint is that breakfast for roughly $40pp looked very basic for the price- just some pre prepared eggs so we decided to skip it"
