Enough for a couple of days to get you started!

The cottage has a shallow, sandy walk-in area at the water and is approximately 4 feet deep at the end of the dock. The owner maintains the waterfront approximately 15 feet from the shore. The rest of the bay is weedy, however that does not keep many guests from swimming there. There is a flat rock in the next bay that local cottagers canoe and kayak to. There is great swimming there. Others wakeboard and water ski from the same spot.

Accessibility and Stairs
There are 4 stairs from the grass to the main deck. The master bedroom is sunken and there is 1 step down to get to it. There are 4 steps down out back to the hot tub area. **Interior is all one level except for a 4" rise from the kitchen to the rest of the cottage and a single step down to the master bedroom.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the second dock located on the far side of the cedars and a small parking area at the back of the property. This is for the sole use of the owners. We live on an adjacent island and use that dock for our boat when we go into town or pick up guests.

Fantastic Time Out of the City
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this warm, inviting, and cozy cottage. It’s adorned with extremely comfy furniture, the bedrooms received “great sleep” reviews from each of our guests, and the canoes led to a thoroughly delightful adventure. We chose the month of November for our trip, which isn’t known as the cottaging season, but don’t sleep on it! These months are flawless; there’s way less boat and people traffic, and they keep the property very clean. The kitchen appliances, from coffee maker to stove top, are modern and very convenient. This is a lovely cottage! We did a silly thing where each person made a PowerPoint explaining what we do for a living (since friends rarely know what each other REALLY do, day-to-day). The AppleTV in the living room made this setup a breeze, it was flawlessly executed and we had a ton of fun together. All in all, we’d absolutely be back here. The hot tub was a dream after making a quick sprint into the lake! We’re grateful to have been welcomed here, it’s a lovely cottage and a great place to make memories.
