Privacy of the guests should better handled by the management and the team. Nice place to stay in, however the way the team handled an unsuccessful room service delivery make it disappointing. Not the expected standard coming from Marriott.

I wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star. The breakfast was average and was held in pretty depressing food hall. Main bugbear, there just wasn’t enough sunbeds for everyone. People (especially in the rooms on the bottom floor) were coming out in the morning and putting towels/personal items in on the beds and going off for breakfast which shouldn’t be allowed. We got fed up with having nowhere to sit by the pool, so we checked out and went to the Padma hotel in Legian instead.

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent, clean facilities. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The all inclusive breakfast was well worth the price. 1 week wasn't enough! Well done! I'll be back as soon as I can.
