The staff was really nice but the facility is not very clean. The lobby was dirty and then I checked in my room and it was awful. I left immediately and attempted to get a refund. No luck. So I just booked another room at a different hotel. I had booked two rooms and my friend room wasn’t as bad. First impression are everything and I wasn’t comfortable at all.

Super clean and the staff were extremely friendly! It’s in a good location only a short walk or scooter ride to cafes, bars, beach clubs etc. Room and hotel was spotless. Staff were just so accomodating and polite.

Entered the hotel, was given the keys/cards but no on show how to find the room, could not work out how the lift works ( needed card) room was small. Then was told the swimming pool was not available. All green. Never slept in room. Decided not to stay.. no part or full refund.. not recommending this place
