My stay here was comfortable. The room is big and spacious and the staff are friendly. Its near the busiest street in Seminyak but you dont hear the noise.

Walk distance to the beach
Love the decor of this property. Only 4 rooms with a pool in perfect location of Seminyak. Few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants by the property, yet it's quite as it's hidden.

Lovely quiet hotel
It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful this place is given its only 2 min from Seminyak Square. The rooms are really spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed so comfortable I slept really well. I was travelling as a solo female traveller and I felt safe in the hotel and going out after dark. There is always someone there at reception to greet you and help with anything you need.

In the heart of Seminyak area yet quiet! Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops! Comfortable bed and especially the pillows which were firm enough for us who are side sleepers. The pool was nice and of decent size for a swim

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was lovely. Very conveniently located to cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a problem with the air conditioning the first night, but they moved us the second night to fix it so we were very happy with that.

A great place to stay.
It was an extremely comfortable stay. We had a lovely ground floor room overlooking a pool.It was very centrally located in Seminyak. The beach was a ten minute walk away. The staff was extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. Very good value for money. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Nicely decorated villa at a convenient location
First day air-con wasnt working well, spent the first night sweating in my sleep, it was taken care of the next day. 2nd evening wifi was down, was only fixed the next evening. Then we couldnt use the shower as the sewage entered the water-tank because of the heavy rain. It was fixed the next day. I have no complaints about the staff working there, in fact they are the best that i encountered in Bali, especially Timus. But the owner has to put in more resources to prevent breakdowns or at least fix the breakdown immediately instead of taking 1 whole day.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and points of interest while still being peaceful from all the noise on the streets. The room is big and tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Loved staying here.

Best stay ever!
My stay was wonderfully relaxing, the staff were so efficient and friendly. It was my birthday and they really made me feel special by surprising me with a cake! The villa was located in a very busy part of Seminyak, however, when you step into the villa's compound, you feel like you've stepped into an oasis of calm and tranquillity. The room was comfortable, spacious and so beautifully designed. The shower area would flood a little if you use it too long, but overall, I loved my stay at Room and Vespa 1. I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time I visit beautiful Bali.

Lovely small hotel near to heart of Seminyak
Found the Room& Vespa online only a small hotel with 4 rooms 2 upstairs 2 downstairs with a lovely pool in front of the rooms. I chose this hotel for the location near to restaurants and shopping. I wasn't disappointed the location was excellent. The staff were all males and were lovely and friendly and helpful, there is someone there at all times. the room was very comfortable with everything you would need including robes, TV, DVD player, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. I did feel it a little overpriced at $95.00 dollars but it was certainly a most enjoyable stay.

Otroligt prisvärt! Ligger centralt och nära till allt. Absolut, vissa saker hade behövt uppdateras (trädgården är lite tråkig t ex) men jag kan också förstå att man kanske inte kunnat göra detta på grund av inkomstbortfallet covid orsakade. Rummet är rymligt, du får städning varje dag och nytt vatten. Bekväm säng och bra luftkonditionering. Stabilt Wi-Fi trots att det var en del regn när vi var där. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det finns restauranger och shopping precis runt hörnet. Enda anmärkningen är att det var förvirrande med incheckningen då telefonnumret på Hotels inte stämmer. Det korrekta numret finns på deras hemsida. I övrigt rekommenderar jag det!

아담하고 좋은 호텔. 일단 위치가 정말 말도 안되게 좋다! 스미냑 중심가에 위치해 있기때문에 모든 곳이 걸어갈 만한 거리에 위치해있다. 도로로부터 조금 떨어져있어서 차소리나 시끄러운 소리도 들리지 않는다. 다만 화장실 하수구에서 살짝 이상한 냄새가 올라오는게 흠.
