Hotel massage was not very clean, towels were smelly and unclean, oil used was too much and inconvenient, causing discomfort. Masseuses had no strength at all even when asked to apply more pressure. One of the most expensive massage we had was at your hotel and it was not even good. The therapists we got on call ourselves were way better than your hotel service massage.

Stunning! The rooms are beautiful, very large, and very well air conditioned. The free minibar each day is a great touch. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. The pool area is gorgeous, and the activities put on by the hotel are varied. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Seminyak!

It was my partners 29th Birthday and the hotel set up our room with a birthday message with rose petals complimentary so was super happy with that. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only thing I would fault is cocktails on the roof top bar at happy hour buy one get one free you had to order two of the same cocktails, might get more business if you could order two different cocktails at once. Thanks for an amazing stay and see you again soon.

Have stayed here a few times nd has always been a good experience. Only issue I had was the room was not ready at check in time. Also, my last visit here I was told by the staff next time I come here I would get a room upgrade. When I arrived this time the reception said a room upgrade won't happen this time but on my next stay. Minor disappointment but other than that a good experience.

Initially great - terrible customer relations
So from a logistics perspective the location for us was good 10/15 min walk from the beach but the pavements first 4 /5 mins are not good (with a pushchair) by this isn’t the hotels fault Generally the facilities are good and the people were nice but there were a few problems which we decided to over look in light that the room was light airy and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bath and shower which is always nice! The fridge didn’t work No lighting on the balcony Can’t pay by card at the pool bar Breakfast which is included all day (bonus) is average with a very poor asethetic compared to the ground floor of the hotel Generally the staff were great - although the restaurant lacks a bit of atmosphere. However when I booked - advised we were travelling with an infant - they couldn’t guarantee a cot but there was one.. they didn’t mention there was a fashion show on every night blasting music until 10pm but again we just worked through it On the second to last night a wine glass fell over on our balcony - in the dark because there is no lighting or furniture .. We were accosted in the lobby multiple times requesting we paid 5m (250£) because of this accident. Michelle on reception was awful - blamed it on her management.. I’ve never felt so insulted - over a wine glass! She proceeded to tell me it was not because of the wine glass it’s to teach people to respect the facility- which in itself was even more embarrassing- like we were throwing wine glasses! The

What a great place! Breakfast was amazing, pool and bar area amazing, rooms clean and service is great! I would just recommend noting stocked mini bar is pop and water only and no alcohol .(.

Enjoyed our stay at the TS Suites. Well kept and clean. Couldn't fault the staff and service - very welcoming and helpful. Facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool and bar. We utilised this everyday, such a lovely view and atmosphere. Our room was on the street side and a little noisy, but it wouldn't stop us staying again. If you want quiet, I'd suggest staying on the other side.
