Charming villa in Ruberts in authentic Mallorca, offering all modern comforts.

House with authorization number ETV 497 (Government of the Balearic Islands)
It is the typical Mallorcan stone country house, built in 1860 and completely renovated inside to obtain maximum comfort. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the house, Netflix and HBO also free and air conditioning in all three rooms.

It has an area of 195 square meters distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom. The 9 by 4 meter pool is surrounded by lawns and gardens.
Being located in the center of the island we can go to almost all the beaches of the island in 30 minutes.
It is 800 meters from a small village (Ruberts) of 50 inhabitants where it seems that time has stopped. It is two kilometers from Lloret de Vistalegre where there are bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket and only 7 kilometers from Sineu town famous for celebrating the oldest market in Mallorca on Wednesdays.

In Casa Gloria you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday living in the Mallorcan countryside but at the same time being a few kilometers from the beaches of the north and east of the island. Being the very flat area you can practice cycling without great efforts and if you like hiking and do not come during the warmer months of summer we recommend you visit the Serra de Tramuntana, in the house you will find information and tourist guides to perform this activities.

It is a perfect house to spend a pleasant holiday with family or couple enjoying its magnificent swimming pool, or on the porch with a lush shade in which to enjoy a pleasant barbecue.

Lovely stay

We loved our week here. The pool is fabulous. My son especially loved exploring the garden. All three bedrooms have air conditioning as does the living area. We enjoyed several good meals in Sineu, near the cathedral square. Palma is worth a day trip to. We enjoyed the market in Inca. Plenty of beaches to explore. Cristofol was great with his communication and recommendations.

Idyllischer Fincaurlaub

Rundum eine tolle Finca. Alles war gepflegt und sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gasgrill schien sogar nagelneu gewesen zu sein. Es hat an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Auch der Pool wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt. Die Betten waren angenehm groß und hatten gute Matratzen. Es gibt eine kleine liebe Mitbewohnerin die mit auf der Finca lebt. Eine kleine Katze namens Dolça. Sie lebt draußen und hat uns morgens immer begrĂŒĂŸt.

Great rural location and stunning property

Very tastefully restored, this is clearly a much-loved house which has pretty much everything you'll need. Nice pool and aircon in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, plenty of places to eat, very nice bathroom. Having Dulca (the cat!) around was a real bonus :-)

A wonderful place to stay!

Communication from start to finish was brilliant! The house was even better in reality and was really well equipped for the number of guests it sleeps. The pool area was amazing and spotlessly clean. Lots of lovely touches with chairs and benches placed around the different terraces and the main outside dining area was so pretty. Lighting around the property was beautiful in the evening. We can’t wait to return !

Ganz toller Urlaub

Es gibt hier nichts auszusetzen. Im Gegenteil: Fantastisch war die Zeit hier. Eine ganz tolle Finca, herzlich eingerichtet, prima ausgestattet. Beste Erholung in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend. Tolles GrundstĂŒck mit vielen sĂŒdlĂ€ndischen Pflanzen ... Trauben, Kaktusfeigen, Granatapfel ... alles im Garten .... Wir waren als Familie hier (40 - 39 - 7 - 1 Jahre). Wir haben einige AusflĂŒge zu StrĂ€nden und nach Palma unternommen. Alles mit kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Wir haben hier auch tolle Restaurant-Tipps bekommen, die wir getestet haben (MĂŒhle in Sineu hervorragend; Steakhaus in Sineu ebenfalls sehr gut). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, beste Kommunikation jederzeit. Jederzeit bereit, auf WĂŒnsche einzugehen. Wie gesagt, nichts auszusetzen.

We loved this house, its pool and outside area. It has been beautifully restored with great attention to detail, retaining lovely original features but providing high quality modern conveniences. Ein klasse Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca!

Die Finca ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einzig vielleicht anzumerken ist, dass das zweite Bad sehr klein ist und keine TĂŒr hat. Ansonsten ein tolles Haus im malloquinischen Stil, ein super Pool, der regelmĂ€ĂŸig professionell gereinigt wird. Die Zimmer sind gerĂ€umig und alles ist sauber. Eine schöne Terasse unter Weinpflanzen runden das ganze ab. Die Kommunikation und der Service der Gastgeber war herausragend. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend haben Sie uns einen sehr schönen Urlaub beschert.

Peaceful and Private

We had a lovely stay in this very quiet, peaceful and private location. The finca had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed very much the swift communication and service of Gloria and Joan and all the recommendations of local restaurants, golf clubs, supermarkets etc. It’s a great central location for sightseeing on the island with nothing more than 50 minutes away and only half an hour from Palma and it’s airport. I would certainly highly recommend it if you are wanting to get away from it all.

Lovely countryside home with welcoming owners

This pretty traditional Majorcan villa has everything you could possibly want. A lovely swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers , there are plenty of seating areas so it’s possible to have shade if you want it. The villa is very well equipped , making it feel home from home. Set in the countryside, a car is a must although restaurants, local cafes and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away. Joan and GlĂČria were very welcoming and supplied us with plenty of information regarding restaurants and suggestions of beaches and sightseeing in Majorca. Thank you both for a lovely holiday in Majorca we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a very relaxing holiday.

Fantastic place to relax and unwind!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The owners were very responsive and the communication beforehand went great. The house is lovely, but of course we spent most of the time outside. The pool is just perfect! The house is located in a rural area so you have to go by car to the next supermarket / bakery. In one of the previous reviews (in German) I read that one person complained about the airplanes. True, there are planes flying over from time to time but this is not bothersome at all. Quite remarkable that somebody would complain about this when it's highly likely that an airplane got you to Mallorca in the first place.. In any case, I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay here again!

We spent two weeks in the house and we loved it! Nice clean house, a lovely pool for our children (4 and 7 yrs old) and easy to go anywhere you want in Mallorca. We also liked the small town Sineu for eating dinners in the cosy alleys. Joan and Gloria were very helpful. Maybe we will come back!

Very comfortable it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. You will need a car to go to the beach and for your shopping ect. Family holiday

We had a one week stay at this great Villa with very nice pastoral neighborhood. The Villa itself is extremely cosy and the pool was perfect for swimming. With a car you can reach all the beaches and sites in Mallorca in 30 - 60 minutes and after long days of sunbathing and swimming at the beaches or wondering in Palma or the very nice small villages, it was relaxing to get back to the Villa and spend the evenings there. There are three big bedrooms in the Villa and a kitchen with all the needed equipment, so it was perfect for our 2 + 3 family.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zum Erholen und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden

Die Finca ist ein kleines SchmuckkĂ€stchen in der Mitte von Mallorca. Liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, schafft sie einen enormen Erholungswert. Hinkommt die zentrale Lage, durch die man nicht lĂ€nger als 30-45 min an die KĂŒsten in jeder Himmelsrichtung benötigt (vom /zum Airport sind es gerade max 25 Minuten.). Wir sind vormittags angereist und wurden von Gloria und Juan herzlich in Empfang genommen. Als kleine Aufmerksamkeit haben sie eine Ensaimada organisiert, die sehr lecker war. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind sehr gerĂ€umig, die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet, selbst Salz, GewĂŒrze, etc. sind zum Kochen vorhanden. Der Pool ist ideal fĂŒr eine Erfrischung und fĂŒr laue Abendstunden stehen Gesellschaftsspiele bereit. Wir haben es immer sehr genossen auf der Terrasse unter dem Wein zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken und dort den Abend einlĂ€uten zu lassen. Bis zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt, Tabakladen, Bank, Restaurant und Bar nach Lloret sind es nur 3 km - mit einem entspannten Fußmarsch ist die Strecke in gut 1h hin und rĂŒck zu schaffen. Auf halbem Weg kann man sogar in den Wald abbiegen und nach einigen Minuten am Monolithen, der das geographische Zentrum von Mallorca markiert, inne halten. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag ist uns aufgrund der zentralen Lage aufgefallen, dass FahrrĂ€der ideal wĂ€ren, um die nahe Umgebung zu erkunden um z.B. nach Sineu zum Markt zu fahren.
