The property is located near the Ardèche with its tourist towns, such as Bessèges and Saint-Ambroix. Also discover the village of Genolhac or Senechas, which stands out for its stone houses, and explore the Grotte de la Cocalière. It is 3 km to the nearest river. A little further down in front of the house, you can enjoy a private swimming pool with a great view of the surrounding hills. Next to the house extends a green outdoor area with a table tennis table. Enjoy the sun on the lawn or relax on the covered terrace. There are many excursion possibilities in the region. This vacation home is ideal for nature lovers.
