Beautiful hotel with a stunning view of beach. Staff were so friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel needs more umbrellas for shade but that really is a recommendation. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, I can't comment on the other food as we didn't eat there. Snorkelling was good (not as good as Gili air but good). It's a bit of a walk to senggigi but catching a blue bird taxi is less than £2.00 and easy to hold if one. The town senggigi has lots of nice restaurants and plenty of choice.

Great Hotel in perfect location! We had a king ocean view room and it was amazing, spacious, clean and even had an outdoor shower! Waking up to a view of the ocean each morning was just wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. No need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. Highly recommend for your next stay!

Stayed at the Katamaran in week begining of May 2024. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. They have a good breakfast options plus best view of sunset while having dinner. The beach is quiet nice with the swimming pool. Loved our stay at the Katamaran and will be staying here again if when visiting Lombok.

The hotel and associated facilites were of an excellent standard and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa was a lovely experience and the choice of pools were great. There is a hut-type bar located on the sea-front which served a wide variety of drinks. There was access to the beach from all of the pools and a mixture of seating. There were two dining options - a beachfront restaurant which was more relaxed and was where breakfast is served, however we found the breakfast to be average (we didnt try the local cuisine). The Kliff Restaurant is a lovely location at the top of the hill with stunning views of the sea and the food was of a better than the beachfront restaurant but in our opinion nothing to shout about. We stayed in the most basic room but it was very spacious and had a balcony. Bottled water refills were unlimited and free. We visited in low season and Lomobk was incredibly quiet with only a handful of tourists seen in Senggigi and the local bars and restaurants were pretty much empty.

We liked almost everything about this property except, the absolute price gouging for beer! Wine and cocktails are pricey, yet in the ballpark of what to expect at a resort. A small Bintang runs 70k and a large is 125k! It is at least 2.5 times the rate at comparable establishments. It meant that we did not enjoy the hotel food and bar because it simply was over the top. We enjoyed the equipment in the gym, but they didn’t turn the AC on! Working out in 30 degrees at 8am was challenging. We did ask for AC, but a language barrier prevented a resolution. I don’t think the hotel reception understood. It is a beautiful place otherwise!

The pool villa we upgraded to was excellent value. The beachside location was excellent as was the choice of activities on offer. The Kliff restaurant was also excellent with sunset views and very reasonable prices by Australian standards. While the staff were always friendly, helpful and tried their best there were some small lapses in service likely caused by inexperience noting New Year was a busy period. Definitely a very pleasant 6 night stay.
