Liked: Staff & service
Being close to the city centre was very nice. And the staff were cheerful and accommodating.
The building was outdated and not entirely clean. There were times when my room wasn’t made-up when I left, despite leaving my sign on the door for the maid service.
Overall good. The location is great, walking distance to Galleria and many shops over there ( eateries, fashion, etc ). The room size is good, microwave, fridge and washing machine provided ) . But they didn’t clean the floor during my stay, which was annoying and the water heater like not in good condition, hence bathe in icy cold water. The owner, I think, couldn’t seem to rectify the problem. Not sure the room I stayed only or applies to all.
The place is clean and very big...
I like it very much

Basic but ok for the price
Pretty basic but had air con (a bit noisy) and a fridge. Furniture was quite old and the bed a bit firm, but was only there for 2 nights and very busy during the day so wasn't in the room that much. The kitchen would have been useful but there were no pans, crockery or utensils.
I was so surprised at how nice this hotel was. It is small and a little tucked away, but inside is like a small studio with everything you could need. There was a kitchenette complete with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove top. There was a very comfy bed and huge open windows. It even had a little laundry machine so that you could do laundry! The only downside is that it was a bit small, but that's really only because there are so many amenities- my husband and I were fine even with our big bags. I was very sad that were were staying there only one night, because I could see myself being there for weeks and weeks! Great all around, one of my favorite budget hotel/motels in Korea.
Very comfortable room, could live there for a month without issues. Lots of food and shopping choices nearby. Bus stops and subway stations are within walking distance. The hotel itself is very minimalistic, I didn't notice any shared facilities or areas (minus a very small lobby). Check in/out was VERY easy and fast, and the staff spoke English. Didn't really interact with them besides checking in/out so nothing to say about them.
The room is not isolated. On our 1st night, too much noise from the youth staying close to our room. Someone is dragging the table or chair from above in the middle of the night.
The apartment was surprisingly spacious, well located in the busy district of Daejeon, but as it was a block away from the main road, it was relatively quite. Free wifi, washing machine and daily room cleaning and for an affordable price.
Although it is not near any of the bus terminals to get in/out of the city, it just very close to two of the metro stations which makes it easy to get to one. The beds are huge, the rooms are big, and it is very clean. Staff are friendly and try to assist even with the limited English. The rooms are quite clean and can't forget the free water in the fridge. There is a microwave, stovetop, a kettle and a sink. Perfect for those noodle boxes you can buy at the 7-11s for 1000won. For the price per night, this is an exceptional hotel as in North America it would be double, if not triple the cost per night. Just be aware that the "balcony" isnt really a balcony. Its just another room from the main room that is opened by another door and has a window. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well that stay open late.
