Don't get their breakfast!

Safe area and good location for activities on the South side of the island. Clean but simple accommodations with friendly, courteous staff. Uncomfortable beds, it feels more like a box spring than a mattress. It felt particularly worse after being tired from hiking up Hallasan. I wouldn't recommend breakfast at all though, it's not worth it unless you love scrambled eggs and toast and that's all you want to eat......

I woult try it again!

JungMoon City Hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were receptive, rooms clean and comfortable. I recommend it to other travelers to explore. The only challenge is the language since the evening staff was not quite conversant with English. It takes a longer time to have a communication understood.

Spacious and comfortable room

It was beyond my expectation as the hotel has spacious room and bathroom. It's like a 4 stars hotel as it has complete amenities there. Complete toileteries-toothbrushes,toothpaste,showercap,shower sponge,body wash,shampoo,razor and toilet paper. Clean towels were provided but its were small in size. Clean bedsheets,slippers,mini refrigerator,kettle,cups,comb,big mirrors,flat tv wit korean channels,universal plug(upon request),wardrobe,lotion and face toner as well. It was a pleasant stay there. The only problems are there was no coffee and tea provided and the air conditioner went off on our last stay. We complaint and they promise to fix it but they don't until the time we checked out. The receptionist can't speak in english and even the person in charged didn't knw english at all. But upon checked out, luckily the receptionist in charged was able to speak english fluently and he even called a taxi for us. Location is good. Many shops nearby. 24hours shop is just next door. But bustops are a bit far. The nearest is abt 7-10mins walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet and many restaurants with scrumptious local delicacies nearby.
