샤워커튼과 비데가 없어서 불편했어요
홍대 가까워 위치는 좋지만.. 방사이즈 너무 작고 화장실 샤워커튼 없어서 샤워할때 물 엄청튀고.. 화장실 비데가 없습니다. 하루 30만원 넘게 냈는데 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

Good but not great.
It was a very good location. The lobby was beautiful. When we got to our room, we found it very dark with no outlets close at the bedside. Also, we were not a fan of the tub and handheld shower type. There is no full door to prevent the shower spray from wetting the floor also. We did appreciate the large room but found the pillows very soft. Reasonable stay but not amazing.

Overall, It was great to stay at the hotel. However, the staff was not very helpful. I was very hungry at late evening and asked them where can I eat but they said no restaurant near the hotel. Next day, I could find many restaurants like 24 hours open one near the hotel.

If you’re looking for a location near universities and international neighborhoods, this is a great location. The rooms were smaller compared to other hotels in Seoul. Overall a great stay.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The lock on my son's room broke, so he couldn't get in. The staff promptly fixed the problem by calling a repair man. The repair took a long time, so they gave my son an upgraded room. They were all amazing and polite. The rooms had bathtub which we loved. The beds are very comfortable and clean.

Mediocre for the cost
The room was much smaller than I had expected. I also tried calling the lobby multiple times but they never answered. When I went down, they stated they don't answer during busy times. The lighting in the washroom is very dim so for girls that like putting on makeup, you may have to resort to going to the window and laying all your items down on the rim.

The property does not have air condition or heating facilities for all rooms during winter and spring. The rooms smell musky and there is no air ventilation even after opening the small window in the room. Book at your own risk.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Excellent service, the room is spacious and clean. Very accessible to transportation and about 10 mins walk to Hongdae. Convenience stores are also within 3 mins walk. I will definitely always recommend this hotel and stay here again.
