This hotel is quite amazing for the price. PROS: Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. This was the ONLY hotel that let us check in early during our 3 week journey which was VERY MUCH appreciated--so thank you ENA!!! The rooms are very modern and chic; everything is new and updated and the air conditioner works very well. I like to sleep at 65 F and was able to achieve that in this hotel (most hotels in Korea are very warm). City Hall and Seoul Station are within walking distance. There is a convenient store within 40 feet of the hotel entrance door with several amazing Korean restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to several markets for shopping. Most of the front staff speak good English and go out of their way to help us. My son wanted to play basketball in Seoul and a staff member mapped out a park for us. There is free printing in the lobby so you can print out your travel itinerary. CONS: The rooms have no drawers to store your clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. There is only one washing machine and dryer for the entire hotel. There was a line every day to use these so plan your laundry ahead of time. The weight room is small and closes early but there are free weights and a bench press. The manager at the R.ENA restaurant was unwelcoming and a bit rude. He seemed very annoyed we walked in even though there wasn't anyone else in there. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a 4 star hotel with 5 star service and amenities.

This is my second stay at ENA. I stayed there in 2019, my first trip to Seoul and came back here because the place exceeded expectations on the first trip. They didn’t disappoint this trip either. Another solid stay. ENA will be a place I would visit again

Clean, good location
Modern, clean, well located. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, good house keeping. The self-laundry is so so, only 1 machine for the entire hotel. The gym area is okay, some machines are outdated or don't work. Room is comfortable, but the AC makes lots of noise and has a bright green light that flashes on and off all night and can't be switched off. Breakfast was not included and paid breakfast was expensive and average.

Overall a nice hotel. Room was spacious if oddly set up. Long hallway was a bit of a waste of space. 15 min walk to Myeong Dong and Naedenum area. Convenience store near by. Staff are friendly. Area around hotel is a bit run down. Shower was leaky so floor got wet. No face towel or extra towels to wipe down counters was a bit annoying and no outlet for blow dryer in bathroom. But for the price, it was a good choice for us.

Very cost effective and clean
Everything was nice, excellent location, peaceful and quiet room. Very helpful staff, and a nice gym with enough plates for a proper’ish workout (no real squat rack, just a smith rack + additional 20 kg bar, so good enough). Stayed in a standard twin, visitors should be aware that there is no door on the bathroom, so when traveling with kids, keep in mind. All in all, great value. Walking distance from myeongdong street, 200 meters from metro line 2

Strongly recommend to tourists.. not too busy streets but area is convenient to all local places Best part is they store your luggage for free. We went to Jeju for 4 days and they are kind to store our luggages.

Excellent and clean hotel. Few things for improvement - the room doors aren’t soft close, we were woken up a few times during the night to other room doors slamming shut. When using the laundry there was always a queue so ended up having to get up at 6am before it was used, Could do with another washer and dryer due to the size of the hotel

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great central location, restaurants on your doorstep. A quick walk to City Hall station. Easily walkable to Deoksugung Palace and Myeongdong Street. Very pleased with our hotel and would happily stay again.
