Property had all we needed. On suite laundry facilities were helpful. Very central location close to metro. Walkable to Gwangjang market. However air conditioning couldn’t reach the single bed very well meaning it was a little warm. Otherwise a great stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were large and clean. Great amenities including laundry and full size fridge! Lots of storage. Situated in the same building as a subway. Would definitely visit again.

Very good, self check in, nice and tidy room. It had a little bad smell coming from sink but all gone after using for a while. Also i found some hair on bad that wasn't mine. Besides that everything was good.

overall good deal
the self checkin at the lobby did not work with hotels.com con # i had to go down stairs to find some one to help. i was able to check in but i went to my room and there was someone in my room! i went back down and told them that room was taken already. i was given a new room with no one in it and the stay was fine after that. great location next to the subway and also there is a convenience store and coffee place in the building.

Having the washing machine and dryer in the room was so convenient! Property is situated near chungmuro station, quiet area and a stop away from Myeongdong. Recommend for anyone who wants a quoet yet central accommodation!

Home Stay Myeongdong is truly an ideal home away from home when you go on holiday, fully furnished with a kithcnette (include utensils etc), microwave, full size fridge with freezer compartment below and washing machine (wash and dry) is simply what you need for a long stay. Their beds are so comfortable we slept well throughout 7 night stay, pillow is a little on the soft side but they gv 2 pillows on every bed so no issue for us.Deluxe Twin room we booked is at the corner of the building which you can directly see Namsan Tower and Namsan Hanok Village opposite our room. Hanok Village was a great surprise when we took a leisure walk there, such a beautiful park w traditional Hanok houses and free tour guide at certain hour. Within Home stay building there are some cafes and convenient store is right next door which gives you easy access to your daily needs. Metro station - Chungmuro station is directly link to the basement 1 of the building, head to Chungmuro station Exit 5 if you are taking train from Seoul station, entrance door is right next to Exit 5 escalator. (There is a sign on top of the entrance door with Home Stay/ WeCoStay). Exit 6 (need to climb a flight of stairs), Exit 7 with elevator is opposite building on street level. Do take note this is a home stay which means they are not hotel so do not expect hotel entrace with big name on it, the building itself is called VILLIV. We will surely choose Home Stay again when going to Seoul.

Perfect location, subway under the hotel, and amenities in the room. Only negative is daily service of the room didn’t include vacuuming or sweeping, which was required sometimes. Cleaners only emptied the bin.

Good budget stay. Subway station was right there and Starbucks at the entrance. We booked 2 rooms and one room had a smell coming from the toilet if the air-conditioning was not on. Other than that its a good budget stay.

Nice property, rooms were kept very clean on a daily basis. Washing machine/dryer in room but no detergent, you have to buy your own. Very slow elevators. Overall a good stay and a convenient location to buses and the subway.

Location is great . Airport bus stop( 6015 ) is only steps away from the hotel . Steps away from Chungmuro station exit 6 . Washer Dryer kitchen available making our stay so comfortable.
