The building is nicely designed but not properly maintained, The rooms and property is nicely decorated and the staff are kind and trained . the location is convenient and close to everything In room experience was poor, our fridge in the room was broken and the in room bar was also removed before hand, there was plenty of stains on the furnitures and the daily cleaning simply didn’t clean the bathroom properly, Also there not much view and you have to close the blinds if you need privacy, there is a very close building to the hotel and mostly you have visitors everyday

Seoul sophistication with a French twist.

I want to give special praise to staff member George. He was incredibly welcoming, polite, and informative. Being bilingual, he helped me and my daughter communicate with ease, which made a real difference to our stay. His warm manner, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills made us feel comfortable straight away especially as this was our first time travelling to Korea. The overall experience at the hotel has been exceptional. I particularly recommend the in-room dining for lunch it was a highlight. The ambience and décor of L’Escape Hotel are stunning, with a dark, “Interview with the Vampire” French elegance. You can really sense the thought and consideration that has gone into creating an authentic experience for guests it never feels automated or generic. Having stayed in other five-star hotels in South Korea, I’ve often found the rooms to feel very “cut and paste.” L’Escape Hotel, however, truly transports you into another world. I absolutely loved my stay and will be returning soon. Xxx
