We liked everything about the hotel, though I wish there’s a little bit more room for the luggages. The fridge wasn’t getting cold but that’s not really a big deal for us. It’s so easy to book rides in the front desk if you don’t feel like taking the train. There’s also dining places around the area that’s walking distance. Overall a good experience, definitely recommended!

The hotel has a centric location for close-by places of tourist attractions like the main-street of Myeongdong shopping, walking-distance or easy subway access to the Gyeongbok-gung palace, etc. Although, they would need to improve their cleaning system because of the issue of the dust in the curtains and A/C ducts. We had dust related allergies during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Andrew, we would absolutely consider coming back and staying here in the near future.

On our first day the air conditioner was broken. They had it fixed while we were on your the next day. The elevator took a long time to arrive even though there were supposedly 4 elevators in the whole building. The wait times were long every day.
