Our room was very quiet, very clean. The shower was excellent, hot water & clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. It was very helpful that they spoke English. We would stay there again!

It was great. Anytime I visit Seoul I will want to stay here. The main restaurant was marked permanently closed but there was food close by.

The location was an easy subway ride from the airport. Use the subway line 5 from the airport and exit at the next station. Use exit number 4 to leave the station and it’s about 2 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is on your left side. It’s a tall building with big sign.

Very old hotel, stains on carpet and wall everywhere! Corridors are very dark. No extra security for main hotel entrance or elevator. Front counter service was average. The room is clean enough, but towels are really worn out! Easy to get to subway station and was good for me for a night stay before flying out from Gimpo airport.

The hotel could have been great if some minor problems had been taken care of. The bathroom sink did not drain water well. The shower window is leaking too much water. Fixing these problems would not be costly while improving the value of the property greatly. Persons working at the front desk were courteous, helpful, and very competent.
