Booked this hotel last minute for a layover in Seoul. We chose this hotel as it had a pool, but when we got there, they told us that the pool is only open from 12:00-8:00 PM, with the check out time being 11:00 AM. So we would not have access to the pool. AND - they will charge extra if we want to use the pool. The AC unit was not turned on in our room so it was 30°c, if only stays on if there’s a room key in the hole. The area around the hotel was great for food options.

I truly enjoyed the room overall, and the breakfast was served on time everyday. They were kind and answered all my questions, helping me call a taxi to arrive to the airport on time. My only issue was that the room service foods that I would try to order would often be not available. Other than that, super happy with the hotel!^^

Guest room is clean. Decoration and inner design is in modern style. Bedding is very comfortable. Guests may have good sleeping. Location is very convenient. Subway station is less than 10 minutes by walking. Many restaurants nearby.

Great location and free Airport shuttle
Friendly hotel with great communication before we arrived and we were also able to check in early which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. We stayed two separate nights and had different rooms each time. The rooms were very comfortable with automatic flushing loos with heated seats and a myriad of confusing (to a westerner) washing settings, and a wooden bathtub in one room and a stand-alone bath with a view in the other! The staff were helpful in suggesting places to eat and there was certainly a huge choice in the locality. A very Korean location! We didn’t come across any other westerners- we stayed here for the location near Gimpo Airport and the free shuttle to the airport for an 8am flight. An excellent hotel choice!
