I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week.
A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there was no knife in the kitchen and I had to buy one. Towels, body soap, hair drier and iron are provided.
Only problem: on the website it says "if you check in late, inform the property in advance. Their contact will be in the booking confirmation that you will receive after booking". But in the booking confirmation there was only a fake phone number and no email. I called the travel agent and they sent me a phone number but it was not the right one. Then they sent me an email address and they too tried to contact the property but they never replied. Note that I booked only 2 days in advance.
However I received a WhatsApp message from the property the day before arriving with all the information needed to check in. They didn't ask me for the deposit (100 MYR, normally). I checked in and checked out out of their opening hours and had no problem. I never saw them or heard from them except for the check in information received by WhatsApp.
