Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. POSITIVES: Fabulous customer service at the front desk. Five star rating. Location was great. NEGATIVES: There was used toilet paper in the bathroom bin; paper under the desk; and a child's small pink ruler on the side of the bed. Obviously, they made the bed but that was it. Very disappointing. AVERAGE: Management must consider offering a variety of meals options for people who are intollerent or allergic to different types of foods that may cause a medical emergency like death. I was unable to eat most of the food offered. However, if you have no food intolerances or allergies then dining her is a good option.

Staff are slow and check in was a long process- especially irritating after a long flight. They did not even explain how to get to the rooms and how it’s the same reception for the paid lounge. Rooms were big and spacious and good amenities. Hot water and shower was strong pressure. Sufficient stay for one night- easy to follow signs to the hotel. Would recommend.

Quiet, convenient transit hotel, has a Priority Pass inside hotel. Shower good, but could have a shower curtain or screen, as water went on floor.

Didnt realize the airport had two Sama-Sama Hotels. Too tired after 7-hour taxi ride to go find the one Id reserved. Was given credit for my payment, but charged excessively for the new Sama-Sama-- nearly the original amount. / Otherwise, yes, the hotel was convenient and comfortable.
