Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Misleading from the beginning. I never got to check in, so Im surprised they want my review. I missed my flight out of KL due to poor traffic and rebooked for an early international flight the next morning. So I booked a room not knowing I couldnt use it without checking my suitcase in. Unless you are in transit or can check your bag in, its not of much use.
