The good part of our stay was the kind and courteous staff, and our AC worked well. The room was clean, and included the microwave and mini fridge-which was helpful. The disappointing list is long though, and I should have taken pictures. The bed was a slight step above sleeping on a box spring. There were small gnat like bugs that came out from behind the bathroom mirror after I took a shower. There were mold/mildew stains still on the bathroom wall paper. The toilet is very old, small, and extremely short. Bathroom shower fixture is from the 1990’s, and has holes corroded through so that I can see into the wall. WiFi was weak and kept kicking us off. The tv was stuck on one channel, so I called the front desk and I was instructed to locate the tv cable box, disconnect the cable input, wait ten seconds, replug the cable back into the box, then power up the tv. We had to do this process several times during our stay (3 nights). Front desk informed us that our sheets would only be changed if we asked for it, or we could do it ourselves. There were no regular size bath towels, apparently all of the regular bath towels had been cleaned then stored elsewhere inaccessible. We ended up using the large hand towels for showers. I really never complain about places we stay since we don’t do it very often, but unfortunately we won’t stay at this location again. Cosmetically there was no wall pictures only a wall mirror, wall paint had many chipped spots. Messy sealant in bathroom.
