On the first night they checked us into a room with a ceiling crack just under the central air-con, water leaking overnight, room floor all wet! Though they changed room after first night, the housekeeping services was terrible, always something missing/not replenished, like missing coffee/water, missing floor mat etc. after housekeeping. Worse still, on the last day, we turned on the "Clean Room" light for our room, we came back at night but the light is still on but room was not cleaned! The very worst part is when we complained, they accused us of turning on the "DND" light which of course we did not! When check-out, I asked the Customer Service (Sandy) to contact me about this bad experience, one week later no news, then I went to their official website and left feedback for them to contact me, another week later still no news. This "resort" is not serious about customer service and does not care about customer complaints. Avoid at all costs.
