Casa Padronale "i quindici alberi" is located in the middle of the rolling hills of the province of Ancona. Panoramic view over vineyards and olive groves to the sea and up to the highest mountains of the Marches. Fully wheelchair accessible with modern kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction cooker ...) and natural swing incl. Large swimming pool. Large private, covered terrace. In the romantic town of Serra de 'Conti with all shops are only ten minutes walk. The environment offers everything for nature lovers and recreational athletes. The best wines of the brands grow right on the doorstep. Very quiet, no aircraft noise and no big road nearby. The holiday home "La Chioccia" is located on the site of the former small animal house and fits perfectly into the surroundings. Additional beds are available on request (max 6 beds), also all necessary furniture for toddlers (bed, playpen, high chair) can be rented if required. With basic supply "Bed & Breakfast" or as a pure self-catering apartment to rent according to agreement. Reserved parking for passenger cars. Pets Allowed. Also easily accessible by public transport. Great stay
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs. It's a small thing though and overall we did have a wonderful time 😊

Ein Traum!!!
Selten einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt!! Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses waren super nett!! Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)

Mooi huis in prachtige omgeving .
Het is een zeer mooi verzorgd en rolstoelvriendelijk huis. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is adembenemend . De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is wel geen eetgelegenheid op loopafstand.

Faszinierender Urlaub in einer wundervollen Region bei sehr netten Gastgebern
Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (11 und 13) und 2 Hunde (klein und mittelgroß) waren für 8 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist alles neu nach bestem mitteleuropäischen Standard. Die Küche ist ein Traum, da macht kochen spaß, das Bad ist hervorragend und die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit ihrer Ausrichtung nach Osten hat uns morgens das Frühstück versüßt und der 50m² große Pool hat uns direkt nach dem Aufstehen zum abkühlen verlockt. Das Haus ist sehr schön am Rand von Serra de´ Conti gelegen und von Feldern mit Hanglage umgeben. Unsere Hunde konnten den ganzen Tag frei laufen und so das große Areal genießen (Kein Zaun!). Die Region mit Ihren Castellen und alten Gebäuden ist herrlich zum erkunden und genau dafür liegt eine praktische Mappe bereit mit Tipps für Märkte, Restaurants, etc. Wir sind den Gastgebern dankbar, uns diesen traumhaften Urlaub ermöglicht zu haben, wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie bei Freunden untergekommen zu sein. Unsere Kinder waren sehr glücklich und haben es auch sehr genossen. Nochmal vielen Dank, das der Große mit dem Trecker ein paar Runden drehen durfte. Von unserer Seite her eine absolute Empfehlung und alles gute für die Zukunft.
