Comfortable and stylishly furnished Rustico in Malvaglia with magnificent panoramic view.

The very original region invites you in summer to swim, but is also known as hiking and biking paradise. For winter activities, there is the skiresort of Nara and the cross-country center of Campra.

The house, 100 m awya from the parkingarea, consists of 3 floors of approx 30m2. Outside there is a stone table under a pergola. In the ground floor there is the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and has a pizza oven. A fireplace invites to romantic evenings. In another room there is a freezer and a washing machine.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed, one with double bed and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower and floor heating. In the attic with skylight, there are other places to sleep.
