An old farm house located in the hamlet of Préglomard, on the heights of the Sioule gorges. The region offers exceptional views, an abundance of flora and fauna, and a wide choice of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, swimming and canoeing, horseback riding and forest adventure trails, without forgetting the old castles, the volcanoes of Auvergne and the elegant spa towns such as Vichy.

Something new - a completely renovated kitchen and bathroom! Always listening to our vacationers, we changed the bathroom equipment, redone the kitchen (furniture, worktop ...) and installed new tiles, to improve comfort and facilitate house cleaning. . Come and discover the charm of Maison Roux!

Cette maison est située dans un hameau près du petit village de Servant. La hameau est très isolé ce qui confère à la maison un calme absolu ;-) Si vous comptez y passer un moment, sachez que vous êtes loin de tout et qu'il faudra utiliser la voiture systématiquement. La maison est dans son jus mais bien équipée ;-). Petit bémol : la télé est vraiment minuscule ; il faudrait vraiment penser à la renouveler.

Sehr entgegenkommende und freundliche Gastgeberin. Schönes, altes Natursteinhaus in gutem Zustand. Sehr ruhig gelegen, zum Einkaufen oder ins Restaurant muss man etwas fahren. Wunderschöne Landschaft in der Nähe der beeindruckenden Sioule-Schlucht, hügelig, viel Wald, alles schön grün.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants (devenus adultes). Nous avons pu découvrir les gorges de la Sioule à travers des randonnées et une ballade en canoë. Tres Bon accueil Une Petite résidence au calme pour une belle semaine en famille (2 adultes une enfant 11 ans). Ancien mais propre. Bon équipement général et beaucoup d’informations disponibles pour les activités possibles aux alentours. Le beau temps est nécessaire! Nous avons eu cette chance. Une adresse que nous recommandons.
