In this housing of 50 m2 is added a wide and comfortable terrace with as seen the central square of the city. With little to face, you can eat and relax at your leisure. The terrace has a table and 4 chairs, a parasol and 2 sunbeds.

Here is a place to spend a true holiday Sétoises, with down all that the city has to offer: festivals, entertainment and annual festivals, restaurants, markets (Wednesday, halls, fishermen, flea markets), public transport for all beaches, museums, children's park, cinema in short all the shops.

Quiet, the apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and in the living room is a very comfortable and large sofa bed 2 places.
The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated. The furniture, appliances and mattresses have been changed for your comfort (and mine ☺).

Séjour très sympa
appartement agréable très bien situé Terrasse équipée accès aux marchés, au canal principal tous les commerces à proximité, pas de grille pain, pas de micro-onde, pas de cafetière électrique, ménage très moyen, troisième étage sans ascenseur, parking payant aux halles à environ 300 mètres.
