Villa of 105 m2 very well equipped and totally renovated: with swimming pool, two terraces, a garden of 1000m2

The house is located in a very quiet area at the bottom of Mount St Clair, which allows it to be in the city center in 15 minutes on foot and to have the view on the pond of Thau.

The villa is composed of

Ground floor :

A fully equipped kitchen of 25m2 (fridge fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven pyrolysis, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, microwave, toaster ...)
Washing machine.

A dining room of 21m2 with bay windows and window overlooking a superb view of the pool and pond thau. A large table and serving are available in this room. And a high chair.

A living room of 48m2 with air conditioning, sofa, TV stand, Tv 102cm, Internet box, satellite, an IPOD / IPHONE music radio station CD, library furniture, decorative fireplace, office, a door window and a door that opens onto a outdoor terrace of 20m2 with an outdoor table and chairs.
A toilet with washbasin gives on the living room.

Upstairs :
All the rooms of the floor have a very beautiful sight on the pond of Thau.

A large bathroom with walk-in shower of 100x150cm, a double vanity unit in glass, and a toilet.

A bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be glued so constitute a 160x200 bed, decorative fireplace, tables, bedside lamps, storage furniture.

A large room with 1 bed 140, two large wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe with mirrors, decorative fireplace and a small balcony overlooking the garden and pond Thau.

Highly recommended
We absolutely loved our holiday in this beautiful family home. Having rented many properties in France over the years, I can say, without doubt, that this was the most comfortable one we have stayed in to date. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was greatly welcomed during the recent high temperatures. We spent most afternoons relaxing in or by the pool in the spacious garden which was delightful. As others have mentioned, the views from the property were stunning. Matthieu was very responsive to any queries we had and he was an excellent host. We also received a warm welcome from Colette on arrival. Google maps has decided that this is my home address- I only wish that were true!

It is a great house and we can easily walk down town for meals food etc. Very comfortable and we had a great stay. Matthieu a big thank you and may we return. Interested in Colette. She arrived on time etc but never checked the house with us either on our arrival or we left. Luckily I know that we left all in good order Thank you Susan

Fantastic, well-equipped villa
The villa and pool were fantastic with beautiful views across the lake. Access by car via a very steep and narrow road was difficult. The position of the villa requires a good level of fitness.

Erlebnisreich und Erholsam
Wir haben die zwei Wochen vollumfänglich genossen. die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel von Sète. Der wunderbare und lange Strand ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten gut erreichbar. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge unternommen und auch ruhige Tage am Strand verbracht. Aufgrund des Wetters war der Pool nicht mehr so warm. dies hinderte unsere Tochter aber nicht daran ihn zu benützen. Ich würde dieses Objekt sicherlich weiterempfehlen! Besten Dank für die unkomplizierte Schlüsselüber- und Schlüsselabgabe.

richtige Mischung aus Anbindung an den Ort und Abgeschiedenheit
In den Ort sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand muss man zwar das Auto oder den Bus nehmen, macht aber nichts, da ja ein Pool vorhanden ist.

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Lage und Haus waren sehr schön. Einziger Minuspunkt: für den Poolboden hätte ein Reinigungsroboter bereit gestellt werden sollen. Preis-Leistung hat gepasst.

Un Lieu pas commun à retenir
Positionnée sur les Hauteurs du Mont St Clair cette adorable Propriété nous a séduit avec ma Femme pour de multiples raisons => Tout d’abord une Vue superbe (voire exceptionnelle) sur l’étang de Thau que nous avons appréciée tous les jours, surtout lors de nos Repas pris sur la Terrasse ou dans la salle à manger ; puis le Calme constant de jour comme de nuit, mais qui n’a rien d’étonnant tant les discrets Habitants du Quartier ont l’air de se respecter (SÈTE est en fait une Ville calme où il a l’air de faire » bon Vivre ») Mise à part la Maison, remise à neuf récemment, parfaitement à notre gout, et bien équipée, l’Atout Majeur de la Propriété a été pour nous la superbe Piscine de 1,1m à 1,4m de profondeur, que nous avons que trop appréciée en délaissant malheureusement la Mer… la Qualité de son eau et ses abords étaient des plus reposants… Notre chienne et notre chatte ont pu s’ébattre en toute sécurité dans les 1250 m² parfaitement clos de murs, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés car ils pouvaient gambader à leur aise sans problèmes. Les photos et descriptions du Site Abritel sont parfaitement conformes à la Réalité / mais l’avoir habité était encore mieux => nous remercions Colette ainsi que le très aimable Propriétaire pour leur Accueil et leur gentillesse à tous égards. Nous regrettons simplement d’’avoir quitté ce Lieu dans lequel nous aurons passé d’excellentes vacances extrêmement reposantes, sachant que nous le recommanderons à nos Amis... en espérant revenir…

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans l'agréable maison de Claire et Mathieu. Une maison avec une très belle vue sur l'étang de Thau et qui invite à la détente. La maison est très bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Malheureusement le temps était trop frais pour profiter de la piscine qui était si belle. Un beau séjour garanti que je recommande.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit Weitblick und Charme
Wir haben unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Nähe (10 Minuten zu Fuss) zur Stadt Sète und zum Strand (10 Minuten mit de Auto) macht dieses Haus zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren in der Region oder gemütliche Ferien mit Strand und Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Villa in guter Lage
Wir, eine Familie mit zwei jungen Kindern, haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser gut gepflegten Villa in Sète verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und erhaben mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Teich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, die gesamte Ausstattung ist neuwertig und gepflegt. Die Kinder hatten natürlich den meisten Spaß im großen Pool, der stets sauber gehalten wird. Der Kontakt zu Matthieu, dem Besitzer, war äußerst freundlich. Er reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen und kümmert sich darum, dass seine Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Wir danken ihm und seiner Frau dafür, dass wir hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen durften und freuen uns, einmal wieder zu kommen.

Ein tolles Haus in einer tollen Stadt
Wir können dieses tolle Haus nur empfehlen. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Wir wurden sehr nett von Matthieu empfangen. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Rosé-Wein und eine Flasche Wasser. Das Haus befindet sich in dem Viertel Mont St. Clair, welches den Charme der Vergangenheit bewahrt hat. Der Gipfel des Berges ist ca. 10 Min. Fussweg entfernt. Die Altstadt ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Magnifique villa !
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille! La maison est chouette, propre et très pratique. La piscine est très appréciable. Le quartier est calme, et la vue est magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous avons été très bien accueillis.
