This is a 3-level townhouse, with 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and the second bedroom on the 3rd floor. Those with mobility issues please note the stairs. Rooftop patio for relaxing in the sun or evening star watching.

Happy visitors
We were really happy with our stay. The place was very comfortable, roomy, modern and clean. Grocery stores are conveniently close to the place and the neighbours are very friendly. The owner was easy to contact. The place was very well stocked with supplies. We had enough privacy for our teenagers and a little backyard for our dogs.

Great spot
Address was hard to spot but for future rentals it’s right at the corner of seton link S.E. and 37th st it’s the farthest building to the left. Also be sure to get the updated lock box code and pocket the key in case of electronic failure. The property it self is clean well stocked and inviting. If your a steeped tea drinker you may want to bring your own pot. Don’t hesitate to stay Here
