It was a good stay. The staff was good. The only problem was that when we arrived the room they gave us wasnt cleaned. They were very nice and gave us another room roght away. So over all a good stay.

When I checked in they didn't have the room we booked. I was told it was because they weren't clean. The room we ended up in was dark with sheets that had blood stains on them. I will not recommend it to anyone and definitely will not be staying there again.

The room was absolutely disgusting!! The stench was a combination of vomit and cigarettes. And the windows were left open all day (because they must have realized how bad the smell was), so the room was full of bugs and moths by the time I checked in. I called the front desk to request a room change, but they were booked. Oh and the wall with the TV had no power, so no TV. Whatever you do, don’t stay in room 22. I ended up buying room and bedding spray to survive two nights. If I had a bigger car, I wouldn’t slept there. The most DISGUSTING room I’ve ever stayed in.

Not as good as it used to be
We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and it was great. This time though I was not impressed. The staff didnt look professional. No uniforms, they were wearing old hoodies. The room looked like it hadnt been upkept since we were last there. The flooring was peeling, dents in the walls and ceiling. The doors were gapped so much that you could see daylight and there was zero sound proofing, we could here everytime someome stepped on the floor above us or walked down the hall. The room wasnt what i would consider clean inside the refrigerator was dirty and hair on the sink. The continental breakfast was minimal at best. We spent just over $300 for the room and it was a giant waste of money.

Property is in a nice area, convenient to shopping and dining. The Conway Senic railway is nearby and a great way to spend the day. Hotel was clean and everything was in good working order. Will definitely stay again.

First and foremost I won't ever go back to this hotel. Rented two rooms and when I wntered my room found DOG POOP. Need I say more. Not impressed at all and when I let the front desk know the young lady was very surprised and sent someone to our room to clean it up. I had to ask for a garbage since there was none in the room at all. I had to ask for plastic cups since there were none either. The overall cleaniness in the room was pretty basic. Seems we were in the new wimg as told by the front desk but it's hard to comprehend after seeing the rooms and the area because it felt like the wimg was well over 10 years old. Carpets damp and room very very oridinary for the price we paid. Brought iur bathing suits but were told by the front desk not to use the pool cause there was too much chlorine. The front desk assured me there would be a refund but since I did a third oarty reservation I'd have to go through hotels.com. To my big surprise the hotels.com couldn't get the hotel management to approve anything. I did get a compensation from hotels.com but I will never go back and I'll make sure to let anyone know that Green Granite should not be a hotel to go to. There is a brand new hotel just beside and they will be my next choice. Thank you Green Granite for some well deserved customer service. Hopefully you treat your guests better than what we got.

Les salles de bain sont désuètes . Ça sent le renfermé dans la chambre. Et il est temps d’enlever le tapis et remplacer par du plancher. Le balcon était plein de terre , et les chaises de balcon étaient sales . Sommes toutes, c’était bien. Surtout les déjeuners inclus, excellent!! Mais, l’hôtel manque un peu d’amour et aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi.

LIKED: Location convenient, coffee, hot chocolate machine. SERIOUS DISLIKE: NO INTERNET AS CLAIMED—only in lobby, and UNSECURED, no password provided. Very Impractical in this day and age. Hair dryer in room NOT working. Didn’t find out until morning shower when we would have requested a different room. Staff nice but helpless to address these issues. Will not stay again.

first we were given a room that was not made up or cleaned at all. The nice guy that checked us in was very apologetic and quickly gave us another room. This room was a filthy worn out room. someone had clearly used one of the two wash cloths to wipe down gross stuff then hung it over the shower bar to dry. There was urine under and around the toilet seat... we didnt dare sit on it. the carpet was filthy and dirt is packed in on every corner. the tub was chipped and dirty. The flooring in the bathroom was ripping up and missing pieces. Dust caked the fixtures and around the TV.
