Deposit of €300 for pre-authorization by credit card.
Please return the house to the condition in which you found it (dishes done , garbage taken out)
Otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply.
The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are not allowed, no noise nuisance between 10pm and 8am if this is not respected penalties will apply.
