Good deal for the money
The room was great for the money, and the only reason I gave the 4 star was because it is dated, and they could have used more help in the breakfast room. The 2 gals trying to keep up with the food were giving it all they had, but it wasn't enough.

The room was not clean. Bath towel was as full of hair. Carpet was super dirty. They charged me the hold fees twice. Not worth what I paid. The breakfast was a like a mad house; about 50 people and no place to sit; and no food left. There were no car parking spots at all when I checked in around 11 pm.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located - everything you could ask for. The staff is very friendly and checkin was quick and easy. My room was spacious, quiet, clean and had great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were nice, the rooms were clean and updated, and the location was very convenient to the Mall. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were not particularly comfortable (not bad, but not enough to guarantee a good night's sleep.). Also - the elevator is a little sketchy!

Rented a room for my visiting Grandparents. Price was reasonable for the area. Rooms were modern and comfortable. I felt safe leaving my grandparents there. Would use again for visitors.

Overall, this hotel was fine for our purposes. However...there were a few issues. 1. 3 out of the 5 nights we were there, we had to have our keys redone. 2. They have a paper at the front desk that states that a $100 deposit is required-- no problem. But, when I check my card, it's actually $120. 3. They clearly advertise that they have a business center... nope. We were traveling for business and an accurate listing would have made us book elsewhere. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. We would stay there again, but it's not as convenient as we thought when we booked.
