Holiday home in the Eifel near an old farm

This modern and spacious semi-detached house is located next to an old farmhouse in the village of Sevenig Our in the Eifel region. The house was newly built in 2009 and is ideal for 2 families. For children there are ponies (riding is allowed) and other small farm animals.

Sevenig Our is an original, small village that lies in the middle of the most beautiful forests and meadows near the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg, where there is much to discover and many beautiful hiking trails. Motorcyclists will also find ideal terrain here due to the very winding roads.

The accommodation has a beautiful, very naturally designed garden, which is completely fenced (pets) and where you can also barbecue. The downstairs sleepingroom with own bathroom is wheelchairfriendly. You can prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped open kitchen and then relax in the tasteful bedrooms. Private parking spaces are available. Please contact the owner for kindling for the barbecue before arrival. There is a shopping service for motorcyclists (order before arrival).

Please also note that the nearest bakery is 10 km away.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Ondanks dat het appartement er goed uitzag, was de omgeving rommelig. Op de foto op de site ziet het er veel verzorgder uit. De plakrollen voor vliegen die her en der hangen, vinden we niet zo fris. Er zijn gelukkig ook elekrrische blauwe lampen die de aanwezige insecten doden. Maar toch, in de slaapkamer beneden ruik je enigszins de stal eronder. Geen raam dus luchten moeilijk. De gastvrouw is erg goed voor en met de dieren. Heel bijzonder. Jammer dat er geen koffie-apparaat was en we misten toiletrollen en keukentextiel. Gelukkig hadden we dat bij ons dus hebben we het niet gemeld. We vonden het ook jammer dat zij op onze vertrekdag op dat tijdstip weg was. Wij hebben gewacht maar zijn afgereisd om ons schema niet in de war te sturen. Zij had er moeten zijn om eea financieel af te wikkelen. Wij hebben haar twee maal mobiel gebeld maar ze nam niet op. We hebben uitgerekend wat er nog moest worden betaald tegen de borgsom en omdat dat gelijk was zijn we vertrokken. We hebben de sleutel met onze opmerkingen in haar halletje gelegd. Tot op heden heeft zij niet gereageerd.

Superlieve gastvrouw die altijd voor je klaarstaat! Geweldige omgeving om te wandelen. Het is er heel net binnen en echt ruim genoeg voor 6 personen.De keuken is goed uitgerust en er zijn gezelschapsspelen aanwezig, dat moet je dan al niet meebrengen.

A great family reunion
It was a perfect place for getting the whole extended family together. Inside enough space to accomodate everyone. And the loxation is just surrounded by quiet and peaceful nature. Thank you very much for the welcome treat of delicious eggs from your chicken.
