The property was very nice and the staff from check-in to housekeeping were wonderful. We weren't able to stay the whole time because of the storm moving into the area so we left a day early so we could get home.

The check in/out staff, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, everybody we came in contact with, was exceptionally nice! Our room was immaculately clean as well as the entire Inn. We loved that coffee, apple cider and tea were available in the lobby starting at 6:00 am until 12:00 midnight! The apple cider was "out of this world" delicious! The buffet breakfast every morning was delicious! So many restaurants, pharmacies, trolley stops, etc. were within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Inn at Apple Valley" and will definitely be staying there again.

We had a very good stay, but the bathroom was kind of crowded, plus that toilet was terribly low to the floor. Can't you get toilets that are higher off the floor? Do you think we adults are little people?

This place was a perfect weekend stay for my little family. Very clean and great friendly staff. Pool and Hot tub were great as well. Parking was a bit rough but overall worth it.

The atmosphere is great. The whole property smells like apples! Thete a yummy breakfast and firepit to enjoy at the end of a ling day. Its right in the center of all the activities and about a 10 min drive to Gatlinburg. Pleanty of places to eat and even next to a Walgreens.

Great hotel
This hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, restaurants and, shops. The Hotel offers an in door and outdoor pool. The rooms on the second floor have a balcony and the rooms on the first floor offer an outdoor sitting area.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and it gives me the feeling of being home in my bedroom as a child. I believe that is because I use to meet my family from Augusta there on vacation. Like many older places it has a few dimples. Example the bathroom door world not lock and the main door had cracks around the edges needing to be sealed. I’m picky about things like the view out my windows but I can live with the bathroom door not locking. I’ve always felt safe and secured in this hotel and at night with all the twinkling lights it is really pretty! Also I want to say to DJ ( night clerk) thank you so much for helping me when I first arrived getting my reservation straightened out. You went way beyond what most night clerks would have done! I thank you!

Amazing hotel, amazing value
The hotel is so clean and smells like apples! The pool areas are nice and clean, the hotel is quiet, the complimentary breakfast is amazing! They had an amazing spread every morning. The staff was all absolutely amazing, Sarah especially was so kind and accommodating, we loved her!
