This beautifully renovated early 1900s farmhouse was once the home place of John Ogle. Located just over the hill from Dollywood and easily accessible from Veterans Blvd, this is truly a home away from home with all of the modern amenities. Admire the original charm of this showplace while enjoying a meal around the kitchen table or a glass of wine around the gas fire pit. Three of the bedrooms feature a gas fireplace. Sleeps up to 12 guests. The game room comes equipped with a 70" TV. Coming soon, additional rentals under Great Smokie Overnight Rentals
Although our properties do not allow pets, there is Wag' Social Boarding nearby to care for your loved pet. 2.5 miles 865-409-5533.


We have the perfect getaway for your family birthday, anniversary or holiday adventure. We also boost our beautiful Wildflower Event Center on property. the Event Center and the Wildflower Pavilion are booked and operated separately. All Events end by 10PM. We have added our Wildflower Cottage with 3 bedrooms on our property as well. Coming Now Open our Wildflower Lodge, 3 units sleeping 12,4 and 4 up to 24 people of your family reunion or your private magical wedding lodging. We had such a lovely trip to the farmhouse and look forward to returning again soon. We all felt like we were staying inside a Hallmark movie while we were there. The property had everything we needed and my daughter loved meeting the bunnies and talking to the chickens. The house was located so close to Dollywood! Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful family vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee staying at the John Ogle farmhouse. The farmhouse was beautifully designed and remodeled by the owner who we met. A very nice man from Nashville, Tennessee. The home has an open floor plan with plenty of room for a large family . 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The beds were the most comfortable we ever slept on away from home. The property is managed by an exceptional lady named Connie who went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable ever. She has a weakness for grandchildren spoiling ours as if they were her own. I highly recommend staying at this magical place. You won’t be disappointed!

This house was phenomenal. Exactly what is pictured. It is fully stocked and absolutely spotless. The best rental we've had thus far. The host was exceptional and very communicative throughout. We can't wait to return next year! We plan to make this our rental for our annual trip to the area.

Semi family reunion
We had a small portion of a very large family, there were 3 of our 11 total siblings, with some of the children and families that went with. In total we had a 1yr old, 4-11 yr old's, 1-14yr old, 1-17yr old and 5 adults. The space was great for this group but we would have had to re think it if we had had even 1 more spouse. We all enjoyed that there were spaces other than just the bedrooms that the teens and kids could hang out together and separately. We could all sit down to dinner together and that especially was great. The grounds outside were beautiful, we might have spent more time hanging out outside if it wasn't so hot, but since it was pretty hot being the end of July - Beginning of Aug, we did not feel like the kids were bored or "shut in" hanging out inside. We did have activities so the 11yr old's were not just playing video games inside but there are games and some things to do in the house for many ages as well.

Perfect! I was concerned that seeing this property in person would be disappointing because the pictures looked amazing. In fact, it turned out to be even better than I imagined. We rented the farmhouse, cottage and a unit in the new lodge. Everything was just perfect! Ms. Connie is the perfect hostess!! I loved visiting the chickens and bunnies each day.

Amazing place to stay!
We stayed at this home July3-7. We had eight adults and four children ages four and under. Upon our arrival Connie had placed on the countertop red, white, and blue cupcakes and had the place nicely decorated. The house was super clean and it was large enough for everyone to have their own space as needed. They have chickens and our grandchildren loved looking for eggs every morning that we were welcomed to eat. Lots of outdoor spaces as well with a grill, firepit and plenty of places to sit and a very nice front porch with rockers to relax on. I can’t say enough good things about this home. I world highly recommend it. You will not be sorry. Connie was wonderful with addressing any needs we might have had and is a wonderful hostess. Location was a big plus as well.

Lucky last minute stay!
We were so fortunate to find this rental after they had a last minute cancellation. The house is cozy and beautiful! It’s close to everything, yet also removed from all the traffic and noise. More than enough space for our party of 9 and a very well stocked kitchen. We had one small issue at check-in and the owner was there within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break with 2 Families!
We travelled with another family to stay in this fabulous house for our Spring Break. A great location for Dollywood, activities in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and for hiking in the Smoky Mountains. Extremely welcoming immediately upon entering after a a long drive, and there was so much space for our 2 families that consisted of 4 teens and 2 tweens. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh eggs daily from the hens, and there are even outdoor games and toys for the kids. Road noise was not an issue for us, but be prepared to have the rooster start waking you early! Would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect stay
We had a fantastic stay here! We had 11 people stay (3 families) and all age ranges. Everyone had great sleeping arrangements and a seat for dinner! The house was kid friendly and and family oriented. The property itself was perfect for us-all of the kids love to play outside and there was lots to play in and safe areas! Lots of well thought out extra touches to make the stay easier and convenient! Highly recommend! Also- SUPER close to Dollywood!

Wonderful Trip
We had a great long weekend bachelorette trip. We had 10 ladies and were very comfortable at the farmhouse. It was perfect for our group and our activities. Connie was very attentive to our needs and offered to help in anyway. She left us a cake and cake to take a group photo for us. We can’t recommend this place enough if you are in Gatlinburg.

Wedding weekend
We had a great stay. Enjoyed visiting the chickens and the fresh eggs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Loved taking a bath in the clawfoot bathtub!! As soon as we walked in we did not want to leave. The home is absolutely beautiful. The home was so much bigger than we expected. The location is excellent if you want to avoid a lot of the Parkway traffic. It was so peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to go back. Ms Connie is amazing and so helpful and friendly.

Great Stay
We were in Pigeon Forge for a dance competition and needed a place that would accommodate my family as well as two others. Altogether there were 10 of us including 5 adults and 5 kids. The place worked out great for everyone. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together and also enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy when it was needed. Connie was great, and even made us a delicious breakfast cake! I definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Superb accommodations
Never has a vacation dwelling been so well stocked with condiments and spices, paper goods. Did not have to purchase any because we only were supplied a "starter" kit. The house was superb in housing twelve of us ranging in age from 6 to 71. There was so much room for the children to play outside, and skateboard. They loved the chickens and gathered a few eggs. It was a great location to enjoy the area, yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. It was central to our trips to town, Lake Douglas and white water rafting. The owner was very accommodating with tips to enjoy area better. Fantastic time!!!!
