We had to ask for clean towels. We stayed 5 nights and they only kinda cleaned one time. There was no conditioner or body wash the first morning. Had to ask to be refilled. Second day no hand soap. Asked for clean towels and hand soap was told by a staff person in the laundry room that they cleaned the rooms every other day and our room would be cleaned that day. We Was on the backside of building and could hear traffic from street all night. Walls must have no insulation because we could hear everything from other rooms around us. Especially two ladies blow drying hair and having loud phone conversations at 1.30 AM!

The only reason I didn’t give the cleanliness 5 stars is that we noticed when a little water was spilled on the floor and we wiped it up the napkin that we used was very dirty from the floor.

Our group had 2 rooms and both women said the same thing at breakfast!! Was NOT very clean, and both AC units rattled the walls bad!! Kids running up and down the 3rd floor at 4:30am, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE and will not recommend this facility

We had a connecting room and heard everything from the other room. No seal on the connecting door frame. Smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. Only one light above the bed and above the window worked. The price was great though. Maybe that’s why not sure.

The only bad thing i have is that our room was not cleaned during our stay. Which, i did not care. We just went to the desk for clean towels. But we should have been told or asked. Great staff and convenient location. Definitely would stay again.
