About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Luxurious 7 acre/7 bedroom/7 bath mountain estate.

This stunning mountain home is better than you can imagine! There are seven acres to enjoy - woods and pasture - basketball, firepit, hot tub. Outdoor decks and covered porch give exquisite views of Mt. Leconte and the Pigeon Forge strip. The home has 7 BR/7 1/2 BA, a large, well-stocked kitchen and terrace level kitchenette, 2 large dens on each level, a game room with so many fun things to do. High speed internet. Perfect for large group fun with plenty of spaces tucked away for quietude.

Seven Acre Farm is our personal vacation home in Pigeon Forge. We love everything about it, and we are excited to share it with others who will treasure it as we do. Our family began vacationing in this area over a decade ago, first toting our camper and staying in Townsend, about 40 minutes away, through Wears Valley. We camped for many years and kept coming back because there is just so much natural beauty here and so many fun things to do. We found this gem of a property in 2021 - a 5 BR/4 1/2 BA vintage 1970 mid-century modern home - and over the following 10 months transformed it into a lovely craftsman style, fully modernized, mountain home. It has been professionally landscaped and professionally decorated with beauty, functionality, and comfort in mind. What we loved most when we very first saw it was the property and the view. We love the incredible views of gigantic Mt. Leconte and the surrounding ranges as well as the whimsical view of the strip. The lights from the strip at night are delightful, and on clear nights, you can enjoy the fireworks from Dollywood!

The 7 Acres -

Lots of woods and pasture to enjoy as well as many fun outdoor activities with a basketball goal, a fire pit, and a hot tub. There is a large parking pad/basketball court on the main level with room to turn around, and a lower level driveway that provides extra parking. There are steps on the side yard that connect the lower level to the main level. We have lots of wildlife on the property - bears, deer, foxes, cayotes, racoons, opossums, and the like.

Outdoor Living Areas -

There is plenty of seating on the front porch and expansive back deck to get fresh air and sunshine, enjoy nature, and soak in the view. There is a propane grill on the back deck for cooking out, and grill tools are in the kitchen. A covered porch offers a lovely retreat and provides both comfortable seating (and a flat screen tv) as well an outdoor dining table conveniently located directly off the main kitchen.

Main Level -

The main level has an open floorplan for the main living and dining areas with large windows and stunning views of woods, pastures, the strip, and lovely LeConte. The den has a large, comfy sectional, a flat screen tv, and a stone fireplace. An open staircase (use caution with young children) with wrought iron bannisters provides easy access to the Terrace Level.

The two indoor dining areas seat 14, and the outdoor dining area has seating for 8.

The large, well-stocked kitchen has an island, a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. For feeding a crowd, we have an instant pot, slow cooker, waffle iron, food processor, blender, toaster, Iced Tea maker, coffee pot that accommodates both pods and grounds, plenty of pots and pans, bowls, serving dishes, cutlery set, abundance of plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, coffee cups, and more! A powder room is conveniently located near the common areas.

The upper decks and covered porch can be accessed from the kitchen, den, and one of the bedrooms.

The laundry room off of the kitchen has pantry storage for dry goods, a utility sink, iron/ironing board, and double stackable washer/dryers.

A large game room boasts a flat screen tv, pool table, air hockey, lots of seating, and a Juke Box. The Juke Box is a fan favorite for dancing or just listening to music. It will play the radio and CD's "old school style", or you can modernize by connecting to Bluetooth. This room also has an adjoining full bath.

There are 3 BR/3 BA on this main level. A quaint, queen bedroom has a bathroom directly across the hall, and a door to an outdoor seating area on the front porch. The two other bedrooms have king beds and ensuite baths. One king bedroom is extra-large - truly a suite, with a private seating area, fireplace, French doors to the upper deck, walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, and mountain view. All BR's have flat screen tv's and laundry bags to make it easy to carry items to the laundry room as needed.

Terrace Level -
Off the staircase is a large den/game room with comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, flat screen tv, and a spades table that can convert to bumper pool for maximum versatility. On the patio off the back of the den is the hot tub with amazing mountain views. There is also a bistro style table on the patio for enjoying refreshments. A basket with swim towels is available for your use at the hot tub and located by the sliding glass door for easy access (isn't that just the thing you always forget - to bring a towel?).

Off the den is a kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee pot (pods and grounds), and 4.6 cubit mini-fridge/freezer. There are dishtowels, plastic plates, sturdy, disposable silverware, and a tray to make trips to the dishwasher upstairs a little easier. This space allows guests on the terrace level to enjoy snacks and beverages close to their rooms.

There a 4 BR/3 BA on this level - 3 king bedrooms and a kids' bunk room. One king bedroom shares a bath with the kids' bunk room. This is perfect for families with younger children as this configuration allows supervision while still maintaining privacy. The kid's bunkroom is a fun and happy place with a twin bunk bed and a full bed - potentially sleeping 4 children. The other two king bedrooms are adjacent to the kitchenette, and both have ensuite bathrooms. One king bedroom has a fireplace and direct access to the hot tub patio. The other king has a door that opens to the lower driveway and path to the pasture in the backyard.

We will arrange a pre-arrival phone call or Facetime to provide you with your access code and make you aware of our home's systems and idiosyncrasies so that you can be comfortable and feel welcomed from the very beginning of your stay. We will arrange a time to call a day or so before your scheduled check-in.

We love both the seclusion and privacy that Seven Acre Farm affords as well as the ease of access to the dining, shows, and shopping of the Pigeon Forge strip. One of the best perks is Kroger delivery - especially for shorter trips when you don't want to waste one minute shopping and standing in line at the grocery store. We love the closeness of the Apple Barn - 3 minutes away! Farm House Kitchen is delicious, and we love all things "Dolly" - Pirate Show, Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, etc. Our boys feel they must Go-Cart whenever they are here, and zip-lining, water rafting, and alpine coasters have proven to be very fun adventures! Wears Valley and Townsend are delightful and worth a short drive. They are off the beaten path from the hub-bub of Pigeon Forge and boast many great restaurants. Elvira's is definitely one of our favorites. Cades Cove is an amazing experience for walking, biking, or driving the loop. We also love driving the parkway from Townsend through Wears Valley - the scenic views are astonishing.

The house is on city water and natural gas.

The home has internet speeds of up to 1GBPS.

We frequently see wildlife on our property - including bears. Keep young children supervised on the property at all times as we only suggest admiring the wildlife from a far distance.
