Great location
Older but nice home . We could see the fireworks at Dollywood from the back deck. We also could hear train whistle form Dollywood. The house was close to everything .

Great location to get to leconte. Was clean (not perfectly but pretty close). Easy check in. Ample space. Comfy beds. Back deck was great for relaxing.

Great as always
This was our second time staying at this house. Its always clean and reasonably priced. The sectional couch is gone as there is new furniture in the home. We planned on putting our teenagers on the couch at night, but other than that, no complaints!

The place was amazing, they had board games, great location, less than 10 minutes from pigeon forge, good amount of property for the dogs to run around and enjoy, overall the place was amazing.

Great Location and Thoughful Hosts
This lovely gem is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet minutes from Dollywood and The Island. The house was immaculately clean and all of our needs were anticipated. Snacks, toiletries, and a well equipped kitchen were much appreciated. We hope to visit again soon!

Weekend in Pigeon Forge
We brought my 81 year old mother and two of her friends for a quick weekend in Pigeon Forge. The ladies had a great time and they loved the house. It was very close to town and so convenient for everything they wanted to do. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and she made sure we were all satisfied. She even gave us some great restaurant suggestions. We hope to return again one day soon.

Absolutely wonderful
The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We were provided with snacks and small toiletries, which was a wonderful touch. It’s secluded enough from everything to feel out there but no more than a 3 minute drive and you’re in town. Check in / out requests were super quick and easy. The only thing to mention is the driveway, can be a bit difficult (but not impossible) for bigger vehicles to maneuver but this is obviously not the hosts fault. 10/10 my family and pups loved the location!

Short stay
We enjoyed our short stay and would stay here again. Only complaint is there was dog and/or cat hair all over the couches which got on our clothes when we sat on it and the refrigerator had finger prints all over it which would lead one to believe maybe the cleanliness could be better. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

The yard was long as I had a small dog. The patio furniture was dirty and dusty, I would think it would be cleaned for each new guest. I had to call to get directions for how to get into the unit. The money was collected 3 weeks in advance for this rental and all details should of been sent out, not me having to call to get details of the rental.

Perfect place for family
It was perfect location to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have fire pit and gas grill available. Just a great experience!!

Cozy home with responsive host, but needs to work on cleanliness and minor fixes
The house was as the pictures are and did the trick for the 2 days we were in the area, however, the cleanliness of the home could be improved as there was dog hair all over the floor in the kitchen and living room areas (likely because they are pet friendly which is a plus). The bathroom with the standing shower did not drain well so we were stuck in a puddle when showering, causing some worry about it flooding over. The host was quick to reply to our messages, however, said she would resolve the issues when we checked out and let her crew know. The location is great and close to all things in Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Wonderful Stay! ⛰
My husband and I stayed here with our parents and it was the perfect size for all 6 of us! We had enough room to spread out and relax, when we weren't out and about. The host answered any questions we had and was prompt with answering. The location of this property was awesome! Not far from the strip but far enough for some peace and quiet. Only issue we had was parking two vehicles. The driveway was steep with little room to move around but once we parked one vehicle in the garage it was perfectly fine! We will definitely look at booking again in the future! 😊
