House with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and private terrace with Cathedral views. It is centrally located on Zaragoza street, next to Plaza Nueva, and just 3 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for 6+2 guests. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties (see conditions).

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With wooden flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating and ceiling fans. Free WIFI internet is included.

The house is distributed over three floors, with private elevator. With 155 sqm interior + 57 sqm outdoor space.

The living area has 2 large sofas, armchair, coffee table and TV. Two windows face Zaragoza street. Dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for self-catering, including oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.

3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2 twin beds (90 x 190 cm). Bedroom 3 with twin beds (90 x 200 cm). There are 2 supplementary beds available in bedroom 3, completing the house capacity for up to 8 people.

3 bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with bathtub (inside bedroom 1). Bathroom 2 with shower (by the living area). Bathroom 3 with shower (next to bedroom 3).

The house has a private terrace on two levels. The lower terrace, which is on the third floor of the house, is equipped and decorated with a dining table, a canopy and plants. The upper terrace offers exceptional views towards the Cathedral. Outdoor furniture includes 4 deck chairs - ideal to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather.

In case of not respecting the present rules, we'll apply the normative for holiday apartments.

We enjoyed our stay here. Convenient despite the fact that the whole road was dug up and not available for car access. Pictures need updating to accurately reflect the property at this point in time.

Holiday in Paradise
Perfect location! Truly spectacular property. We spent over two weeks here with our college age sons and friends. It was unseasonally hot for May but we enjoyed air conditioning and many evenings on the outside patio.

Needs more work, you can find a better place
The property manager was very nice and responsive. However, this place has some issues, and you can find a much nicer place. Seville has a lot of old beautiful buildings that are clean and so much nicer. Here is the summary: The refurbished parts are very nice and mostly clean. The other parts are old, not clean and smell of mildew. Master Bedroom - water damage and it lists a King bed. It is Queen at best. It is two small beds pushed together, which is common in Europe, but these didn’t equate to a King. They were also not held in place so they spread apart when sleeping. Master Bath - nice refurbish but had a faint smell of cat urine and blow dryer plastered hair on the inside of the door. Room next to Master – has severe water damage and stinks of mildew. Living room - has plaster damage above the windows that don’t show in the picture and the small balconies have never been cleaned. Electrical - very old toaster blew a fuse (which I flipped back on). But then light switches sparked at times when turned on. Toaster & coffee maker need upgrades. Location - close to the main square. But there’s construction right in front of the building. They didn’t work while we were there. But it’s unsightly with a cage in front of the door. Noise - There is a corner outdoor bar right under your windows. On weekend nights people are out there until 5am (no joke) and you hear everything come through the apartment like a chimney of sound. It sounds like they’re in your room.

Great stay in a great neighborhood
We really loved our stay here! I wasn’t really sure what I had booked until we got there. It is a three story house with a small elevator and stairs connecting the different floors. The entryway is on the first floor. You have to unlock the front door, and then unlock a separate metal door once inside. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third floor you will find the kitchen, the main living area and a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor you will find the third bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Also on the third floor there is access to a private patio with a table and chairs. From the patio, you can go up another set of stairs to reach the rooftop deck. This is by far the best part of the place. You have an incredible view of the cathedral and the rest of the city. It is especially amazing at night. Highly recommend!

Spring Break '23
Wonderful property! From the convenience of the elevator to the incredible rooftop view, this place is top notch. We stayed during Semana Santa and we were able to see several processions right from the balcony, it was amazing! Location is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops, including a small grocery store just down the road, very convenient. 10/10 would recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect location for Sevilla stay!
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our week in Sevilla. The location is superb—just between El Arsenal and Barrio Santa Cruz, a very short distance from the Cathedral. We walked everywhere including to Plaza de España, Maria Luisa park, and Triana. The 3-story apartment offered so much space for us two couples. The two terraces were amazing and the view from the rooftop one was absolutely fantastic. All communication with the property manager was quick, responsive, and smooth. Highly recommend this listing!

Fantastic place!
This is my favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The location was perfect and close to everything, the apartment was unique and beautiful, amenities like air conditioning and wifi worked well, and the kitchen, although small, worked perfectly to prepare family meals. I had two teen boys and this apartment gave all of us enough space to spread out. The dining table on the patio was great, and views from the roof deck were awesome. We sat out there on our last night looking over the Cathedral and Sevilla skyline under the full moon. We would have loved to stay longer! Perfect place for families to explore the magic of Sevilla!

Superb Location
The house was exactly as described, its location is superb being within walking distance of all the main attractions. The roof terrace was a real bonus and we enjoyed several evenings relaxing with a glass of wine as we watched the sunset. Would definetly rebook when we return to Seville.

Perfect stay in the center of Seville
Naomi welcomed us to the apartment and oriented us to the apartment and the city. She spent time with us going over the map, showing us what to see and the different areas of the city as well as recommendations on shopping, sites, and eating. The terrace was a nice amenity. The place was in a great location just off the main strip on a quieter street but also central to another area of town that was good to explore.

We had a lovely stay for 5 nights. Plenty of space to spread out. A washer and large drying rack available on spacious rooftop patio. We had a little trouble with plumbing during stay but they were responsive to calls and emails and I think all worked out ok. Had a difficult time with keys and locks for main door. Shared with main level apartment they locked the deadbolt repeatedly while we were out making it more challenging to get in. (3 keys needed). Overall the location cannot be beat. Very close to cathedral and bull arena. Easy walk everywhere.

Great place for a family gathering

This is a great apt and it is in the best location . Neat spacious and clean ! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen modern . The best thing is the rooftop deck .... we sat out there every night and enjoyed our wine . Amazing view ... fabulous!

Great, central location in Seville
Even though we knew the apt was in a central location, we were pleasantly surprised of how easy it was to get to all the sights from our location. It was also convenient that we could get a taxi right at the square around the corner, if needed. The apt had everything we needed and was extremely spacious. We travelled with our 3 year old and our teenage daughter. Great memories from our trip to Seville!

La maison est idéalement située proche de quasi tout les monuments, des magasins et des restaurants. On avait pas besoin de voiture sur place. Mais, il est décevant qu'en dépit de l'apparence attrayante du logement, l'entretien général laisse beaucoup à désirer. Merci à Veo apartment qui répondait quasi directement à nos messages, l'équipe a été hyper disponible, réactive à nos demandes et très arrangeante.
