Overall, the hotel's location was convenient, but our experience was marred by the presence of ants in the room. We purchased groceries with the intention of having breakfast in our room, only to find that our food was attacked by ants. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention and requested some form of accommodation or discount, the response was disappointing. Unfortunately, we had to dispose of our food and incur additional costs for breakfast. It would have been appreciated if more concern and action were taken to address the situation.

A nice clean apartment, everything to our disposal. Shops, restaurants, sights to see and more in walkable distance. Kind staff and whatsapp communication with the hotel manager. We where very happy it wasnt loud or too warm/cold.

Excellent all round, brilliant communication from them given that there isnt a manned helpdesk. Great location, apartment does the job. Only inprovement that could be made is perhaps the tv could be a smart tv with option to watch netflix or have some international /english channels :)

We stayed at Casa Sevilla for two nights and really enjoyed the layout of the space. You’re basically getting your own apartment for the time you stay. So if you enjoy flexibility, having a kitchenette, dining table area separate from the bedroom, it’s a nice spot. So many great options for shopping around here as well, I’m having trouble getting my wife to leave. Wish me luck.. 😅

I had to rate this low as we left after only 2 nights (of 5) because it was impossible for our daughter to sleep in the second bedroom of the ground floor apartment. It's an internal room next to the lift and has a window onto the hallway which had been a courtyard at some point so is now a 3 storey lightwell which amplifies all sound: heavy front door is incredibly loud and the lights come on automatically so when people come in at all hours, you get woken up. Especially when other guests play music at 1am while waiting for the lift.

Amazing service at the apartment! Check in online was easy and it was also easy to enter the apartment. Everything is self service but we always had someone at hand via whatsapp to help us with all our needs. We got locked out the apartment 1 night however the staff were responsive and were able to help us resolve the issue remotely and its was fixed the next morning! They also allowed us to store our luggage for the rest of the day on check out and booked us a taxi to the airport with ease! The apartment itself is clean, modern, has a kitchen and a nice place to sit and eat or watch tv if youre having some down time. Daily housekeeping was also really nice to have as we stayed 5 nights! Highly recommend as it was also easy to get around from there!

Mariel and her staff were wonderful. From communication before arrival to arranging for storing our luggage at checkout, everything was perfect. Our stay was perfection, the suite was exceptionally appointed with every amenity you could think of and thoughtfully decorated to be a peaceful oasis at the end of a hot and vibrant day in Seville. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone who is considering a visit to Seville. Very close to the hop on hop off bus and many local eateries of all budget considerations. Laundry close by, waterfront, so walkable. We did not want to leave!! We will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family who travel. Thank you for a lovely experience!!
