I could not say enough great things about this hotel! It was amazing. Incredibly clean, friendly staff/ service, ideal location as it’s close to everything. I truly did not want to leave to check into my next hotel. Would definitely come back here again! 11/10.

The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the restaurants and shops are a walking distance, staff are friendly. The Change for their carpark is abit expensive.

The staff was very unhelpful and not organized tried to charge me on my reservation more when I had already booked room for three. Was told multiple times by many staff members about extra bed charge. We have travelled world never had experience like this before.

Great spot away from hectic tourist area
Small but well appointed room. We felt very spoiled here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We chose to stay here as it is walking distance to the main sights in Seville and we didn’t have to deal with driving in the hectic tourist crowded areas. Great choice. Also decent dining options just downstairs.
