No frills property. Quiet , great staff and one of the best locations in Sevilla. If you’re expecting the Ritz, you’ll be be disappointed but for what you pay, it’s a gem.

Mis expectativas sobre el hotel Goya. El nombre me pareció impresionante incluyendo la localización. Al llegar, para nuestra sorpresa vivimos el primer incidente, nos reciben con que teníamos que pagar dos habitaciones alegando en que se hicieron dos reservaciones, le solicitamos la evidencia que nunca recibimos. Al otro día, nos indican que pudieron alquilar la habitación alegando que habían perdido dinero y que no teníamos que pagar adicional. Incidente número dos cuando llegamos a la habitación no podíamos entrar porque los muebles estaban interrumpiendo el paso al punto que tuvimos que brincar por encima de las camas viéndonos en la necesidad de mover muebles para tener paso. Tercer incidente, nos indicaron que el “front desk” era 24 horas indicándonos que teníamos que dejar la llave cada vez que salíamos, topándonos en ocasiones que no había nadie y teníamos que esperar bajo el frío que llegaran a abrirnos. Cuarto incidente, al bajar para hacer el check out, nos topamos que el front desk estaba solo y luego de llamar varias veces la recepcionista salió algo soñolienta, le solicitamos para pagar el servicio de lavandería, nuevamente para nuestra sorpresa nos indicó que tenía que efectuarse en efectivo😱. Siendo ella muy grosera y no ofrecía alternativas. Le pedimos llamara a su supervisor; al hablar con le dijo que nos negábamos a pagar el servicio. Le indicamos que era falso; que requeríamos cambio de un billete de 50€. Fue la experiencia más desalendora de todo el viaje

Taxi from the train station dropped us off close to the hotel then its a short walk via a pedestrian street. Nearby small convenience store with fresh fruit. Close to everything we wanted to see. Flamenco, great restaurants or local cafes, Real Alcazar, Cathedral, walk along the river. Only window was in the bathroom which we left open for fresh air. No flies.

Beautiful property, staff is great and very helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. A short walk to several plazas for drinks and dinner! Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel if you are doing tours and walking around town. If you are looking for a hotel to hangout then this is not the place very simple hotel bed and a bathroom.

Great location, really great! If you like to wake up early and must have coffee… well, sleep till 8:30- 9:00 and take it from outside- that is the only potential improvement at the propery. With marble or stone floors one might hear every chair moved at the property, but that is not a big deal after walking around Seville whole day and staying late (relax! You do not have to wake up at 5 am to beat the traffic! )
