Couldn’t say enough nice things.
Fabulous hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeeping staff was meticulous and proactive in meeting the needs of the guests and keeping the room in good order while we were out. Beautifully designed rooms and public spaces. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful room. The location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

Somewhere a bit different!
Great experience. Wonderful staff. Very different rooms: if you like different artwork and not the same old same old then definitely stay here. Service by cleaning staff very good.We hope to go back. Very good, different breakfasts.

Amazing boutique hotel
The staff was great and friendly, the location is unbeatable. I was luckily upgraded to a jr. Suite and was very spacious and comfortable, the only “downside” is that I would put some more lights, at night was a bit dark.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Friendly and professional service. We had hired a wheelchair independently and the company let us down. Hotel Lobby took charge of the situation and managed to source us another chair at short notice. Can’t thank them enough for looking after us

Despite its five-star rating, the hotel falls far short of the expected standard. There is no gym, the elevator is uncomfortably small, and the quality of the bed linens, pillows, and towels is more akin to a two-star hotel. Disappointing overall.

One of the prettiest hotels we’ve stayed at that’s a combination of modern in a historic palace. Easy walk to the alcazar and cathedral and on a street that’s full of great restaurants. The service is superb. The breakfast delicious!

In this hotel we experienced the BEST customer service in our entire trip to Spain. The staff is amazing and very helpful. they helped us with rental car and tour reservations and were all over customer experience. We stayed in the Rooms with the hot tub and it felt like a Spa. super clean and the bathroom set up and accessories were very nice. Perfect Area full of nice restaurants you can walk to many points of interest like Plaza España. Recomended 1000%

Nice place but very noisy at night. Could not spleen until 3am due to vibrations and noise of the bar and rooftop! Personnel is very nice and helpful and location is handy for shopping and visiting famous spots

I was incredibly sad to be leaving, after 4 days of luxury, amazing staff and wonderful breakfasts! The soundproof windows were brilliant at night, and so was the incredible bed! The staff were incredibly helpful, and very personable. I would not hesitate to return!

Hotel lobby is a well situated hotel just a short away from the centre. It’s a very nice clean hotel with a lovely roof top terrace. Breakfast was also good. We stayed in superior penthouse suite on the front face of the building. The room was very spacious and decor was to a very high standard. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay.

Hotel Lobby’s location is central to most attractions and their design is unique, arty and fun. The views from the rooftop bar are spectacular and it’s a lively atmosphere. The staff are accommodating and very helpful. We had an issue with a tour we booked ourselves and they helped us to resolve it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Such an amazing hotel, the design is something else. Staff are incredible and food stunning. Everything walkable within 7-15 minutes tops, and the rooms are boujee and so unusual. The roof top bar is the only place to be, the vibe is awesome and the waiters are amazing, pouring drinks on the tray held high in front of you!!! Nothing is too much trouble, we had the most wonderful stay for my husbands 60th, they just couldn’t do enough for us. Best shower experience ever, and we’ve travelled a lot. Best breakfast ever too. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that make Hotel Lobby the incredible place that it is. We will be back! 5*
