I feel like this is a great hidden gem of Sevilla. This was my first trip outside if the United States, and I could not have been welcomed better once I got to my hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was large and uniquely set up, and we had plenty of space. We didn’t use the kitchen (so many food options nearby), but it was a very nice set up. The best thing: the price. For sure, this place was the best value for the price. It seemed like nearly a luxury hotel at a very cheap price. Very clean, rooms were cleaned every day, and great amenities. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Firstly I did contact the hotel about these issue as we arrived and they have not yet been back in touch… very unprofessional 1-I arrived at the hotel only to find out you cannot check in at it. I had to do a 10 minute walk in the heat carrying a very heavy suitcase over cobblestones. I then checked in at a different location and had to do the same trek back. In total 20 minutes walk to check in 2 - the bed sheet's have dirty black marks on them 3 - the bathroom has the smell of the street sewers creeping back up 4- it’s extremely noisy, you could hear all the screaming and shouting of the staff in the lobby from 7am

We stayed 2 nights and staff was super helpful with parking our car. Javier helped with walking luggage to property, suggested a flamenco show that we loved, and on day of check out he assisted with getting luggage back to car. Neighborhood was beautiful and it was nice being so close to cathedral. We also appreciated having access to the free washer and dryer! We hope to return!

Wonderful stay to be completely immersed in the beautiful culture. The staff is amazing and pleasant. The location is close to many sights. Local food is phenomenal. They leave you a few welcome goods and the rooms are so spacious. Check-in is at a different location but only a short walk away and they will help you with your bags. Can’t wait to return.

The accommodations are excellent ~ we loved the suite. Maria checked us in and walked with us to our suite, got it ready before check in time. The huge suite was better than we expected. We surely appreciated how close the location is to all the great restaurants, Alcázar and Cathedral! We surely lucked out on choosing the Murillo Cathedral Hotel! Love to come back and book this hotel again!

Exceptional suite life
This is the most wonderful suite. Beautiful and it provides nice place to relax, can cook if you want and is in perfect central location. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay fantastic.

This did not look like a 4 star property. It was more like a 2 star property. The room I had (2 on the ground floor) was filthy, flies everywhere, dirty carpet, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Do not recommend, there are nicer places to stay in the area. There is also no check-in on site. You have to check-in at a different property that is about a 5 minute walk. If you need help with anything, it takes their staff 5-10 minutes to get to this property.

It would have been nice to get the check in information earlier as we walked to the actual hotel location to then realize we had to walk back 1.5 km to the reception desk at a different location. Once that was sorted out, all was very lovely. Quiet yet centrally located in the heart of the old city. Very walkable!

Spacious, decorated studio with a sizable kitchen that probably has never been used. Large bathroom also. Comfortable king-size bed, great linens. The Murillo group has several properties in central Sevilla, and check-in was NOT at the premises, but a few blocks away. The hotel sends a worker with the guests to walk to these suites, since central Seville is mostly, but not entirely, pedestrian. The suites are a stone-throw away from the Giralda and the Royal Palaces.

After an initial confusion regarding the check in which was entirely our fault , everything was absolutely perfect with the stay . The suite was spacious clean and very comfortable plus the location couldn't of been better for a first time visit to Seville plus the staff we encountered was all super helpful and polite . If I were to have the smallest of grumbles it would be nice if there were milk portions along with the tea/coffee sachets in the room. We would book again without hesitation
