this was a great property just minutes away from the cathedral, but peaceful and quiet. We liked how the accommodation came with a mini kitchen, so you could make a cup of tea, or use the microwave. The only hiccup was being sent the wrong entry code. The main reception is not staffed 24/7 so we were lucky that a receptionist came by and was able to help. Be aware, there are several welldone cathedral accommodations, the one with the main reception was a few minutes walk from our building. Otherwise all was excellent!

You have to make sure which address you are staying in since there are several different location. It’s small but very convenient to walk to everywhere.

WOW, the room was gorgeous, very comfortable. Lovely bathroom and tub. I wish I had a longer stay in Seville, just so that I could have enjoyed this hotel room longer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Central but dirty room, moldy bathroom and shower
The location was pretty nice, it was really in center of Seville. However, the flat was really dirty and moldy. Especially, the bathroom and the shower was full of mold, causing a lot of smell. The walls were pretty dirty, even the duvet was full of yellow stains everywhere. I wouldn't recommend due to the mold, dirtiness and smell in the room.

Fantastic location, disappointing stay
The property advertised a kitchenette. That is an overstatement. The kitchen constisted of a very small space with microwave, sandwich maker, coffee machine and mini fidge. There wasn’t a sharp enough knife to even cut our snacks up. There wasn’t a kettle but they did bring one when asked. The property also advertised private pool, it should say not heated in their add!

The check in was a nightmare. You need access code for door and room. This worked fine once I received it but did not receive it or my room number as other in my group did. There is no receptionists so if someone in our group hadn't had a bad fall that required someone from hotel to come I don't know how we would have got in. Others in our group had similar problems with checkin. The area was very good, safe and close to everything. The room itself was great. The shower was wonderful and bed was comfortable. A place to sit would have been nice. The lady that helped my friend, a receptionist from another hotel of this Welldone family went above to help with the hospital and doctors.she stayed with her for several hours and helped translate.she is an emplyee worth her weight in gold.

Excellent, highly recommended
We loved our room. It was perfect for the two of us, the little kitchenette was perfect for making a little breakfast and lots of coffee and tea. The shower was amazing. Great location. The receptionist gave us some amazing recommendations for tapas bars, La Gorda de las Setas was so good we went twice. Very little negative to say. The towels were a little short but it hardly a huge issue. The shower door needed a little maintenance but it looked more like general wear and tear.

This place is in a very good location. It is around the corner from everything. Around the corner are all the restaurants you may want to est at. You are in front of the cathedral and the alcazar! With all that said, the room we stayed at was not clean. The bathroom especially was not clean. There was mold like particles that fell off the wall while showering and there was cockroaches. When asked to clean the bathroom it seemed like maybe they cleaned but not really because there was still stuff on the floor that was not swept up. The location is wonderful but not worth the dirty bathroom!

Perfect location to everything! Spacious room with a large bed. The staff were attentive and helpful, giving their contact details should we need it, providing a lot of excellent tips (restaurants, places to visit,...) If we come back to Seville again, we will not look for any other hotels and choose Welldone Cathedral.
