Stunning Villa Saint Francois de Sales is situated on Lake Annecy, with direct access to the lake. The Villa’s location is in Sevrier, which is a village in the Haute-Savoie region in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alps in south eastern France and just 5km from Annecy town centre. The Villa has 7 bedrooms (14 beds) all with Ensuite. It’s tranquil location is conveniently positioned for the cycle track, which runs around the lake and into Annecy and for local amenities such as a bakery, supermarkets, shops, cafe’s and restaurants.
The Villa was built at the very end of the Art Deco period in 1937 and many of the original features remain today, it’s spacious layout and truly breathtaking views make it one of the very best places to stay on the entire lake. The villa was completely renovated in 2019-20 to a very high level and is now ready to be enjoyed.

Another Amazing Week
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all.

Beautiful house with marvellous views lots of outside space and extensive lake frontage. generous gadgets… good bikes, paddle boards, boys playing cellar with pinball machine and snooker table. outside kitchen. Recommended for large family group. Host responded quickly and always keen to help. The Hartleys loved it … saving up to return for my 70th!

Way Above Expectations
Have stayed at many properties over the years traveling all over and this might be my favorite stay. Can't recommend every aspect of this property more - the house, the amenities, the location and the owner (Jamie). Jamie has thought of everything and then some.....and the lake access, views, activities, bike path - are truly special. We had a big group and we HATED leaving.

Amazing House, Great Location
An absolutely fabulous house set in a brilliant location. This house was as the pictures on the website, set right on the lake but with easy access either by foot or using the cycle track to many restaurants in Sevrier, St Jorioz and Annecy, yet you can still enjoy the peace and quiet of being by the lake. The house came with various recreational items such as cycles/pool table/cinema room and paddle boards to keep young and old entertained. I would recommend this house to all and will definitely be going back.
