Good: - Clean - Big and clean Gym/Swimming Pool - 23rd Floor 360 view restaurant - Location (lively neighbourhood, not too far from St Joseph Church and the Old town by cab) - Staff speaks basic english - Large windows in the room Soso: - Breakfast is not great. Better than most Chinese hotels (has bacon and red beans) but not great. - Decoration is the regular Chinese hotel style. Not a fan. But clean and proper. - Rooms are not big, not small. We love the chinese restaurant authentic teochew goose meat & liver, the Manager male & female both provided very good customer service! Surely will recommend to families & friends to stay & eat at this high standard hotel!

Room is big and love the dessert sent to our room every night. Location is good, we traveled by bus to everywhere. The only downside is the shower area has mold.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went as a group of friends with separate bookings but when checking in, the front desk staff was very accommodating in putting all of us on the same floor. When we went out and was not able to get Didi with our HK phone number, the staff was very helpful in getting us one with his own phone. Food at the Chinese restaurant and breakfast at the revolving restaurant on 23/F were great. A very pleasant stay and value for money. Will not hesitate to stay there in future trips.

Location and the staff are helpful and friendly. we were upgraded without us asking and each night. a room manager will deliver sweet soup and a note indicatiing the weather for the next day. Good initiative!

Everything great except the Spa. The environment and service were great, but there is a KTV just above it, therefore instead of relaxing spa music, all I heard was loud music and amateur singing throughout the treatment session. 😟
