"From start to finish the owners communication was excellent and quick responses. They were very considerate with it being Christmas time and allowed us to enter the property earlier than the usual check in time. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. Being winter I put the heating on when I arrived and was easy to use and warmed the whole apartment up in no time. We’ll definitely use these again. Thank you!"

"Lift wasn't working so we messaged the manager since we are in our 70s, and a tad weaker than we were in our 60s! He came in to town early to assist us with 4 heavy suitcases. THEN he drove us to the train station. Amazing! "

"The Old Post Office is easy to find from the bus station. A warm welcome from the manager and easy to follow instructions for getting in out of hours. Room is cosy and comfortable. The Old Post Office is just a 5-10 minute walk to the Minster. If you’re going to a show at the Minster, you can’t go wrong staying over at The Old Post Office. "

"This property was very well equipped, clean and cosy. Ideal for our weekend away as very central location for walking to Town and The Piece Hall, very cheap parking close by. Great communication with host to help us settle easily into the property, great value for money. Would stay here again and recommend"
