Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Hair in the bathroom floor left from previous guest. Phone in the room do not work also air conditioning seemed to be very dated . The young lady at the desk Hailey I believe when we checked in was great she was very sweet and polite helpful with everything I asked.

This was close to Gardner Webb in the country. Was hard to find. The place I planned to stay was close to Gardner Web in south Charlotte on Arrowhead Ave. Hardship for me to drive over hour to attend training. I dont know how room was switched. Otherwise the bulding was nice enjoyed pool and staff helpful.

Ive stayed here 4 times in the last year as this is the closest hotel to my parents home. This place has the potential to be great but at this point I've had a few bad experiences cleanliness and upkeep wise so I'm thinking about staying somewhere farther away. Pros: good friendly service, good breakfast, indoor pool, good water pressure, quiet/ safe location. Cons: rooms arent always cleaned properly, bugs in our room, pool deck/changing room often dirty, pool shut down on 3 separate days we were here ( needed parts or needed chemicals). Things that dont necessarily matter to me but could make a difference.... all the windows / doors had finger prints or streaks, trash cans often overflowing (although i saw them emptied several times) parking lot always had a lot of litter, vaccuming could be done more often in rooms/ halls and staircases.

All was great excpt the matteresses were aweful. I am sorry but all 3 of us complained about not being able to sleep because of the mattresses. Other than that everything was great.
