My trip was booked. I received confirmation. I drove from Connecticut to North Carolina, over 800 miles. As check in time approached I reached out via the app looking for the check in details, no response. So I then reached out to customer support, they provided me with the host information so I called her. She was very nasty, asking me what the …. am I talking about, why the …. was I calling her. So I reached back out to customer support, they then tried calling her several times where at this point she wouldn’t answer the phone. My recommendation would honestly be steer clear of this home but if you book, please be sure you receive all check in information prior to reaching there so she wouldn’t be able to ignore you’re stay.
