Had to check out after one night because it was not a clean environment. There was a large clear plastic bag of garbage 3-4 feet from the door. No roaches seen in the room but there were 3 flies. Bath tub had dark stains. Carpet had stains. I had to leave 2 nights early even though I had paid for 3 nights. Worst hotel experience ever.

We have stayed here several times. It’s not the nicest, but it’s cheap and I feel safe there so that’s where we go when we are in town. This time however it was noisy, my room wasn’t very clean. Found hair in the shower, trash behind the toilet and the room had roaches, I saw about 10 roaches over the 2 days I was there. I told the front desk and they just shrugged it off and said they would let someone know and that was it

I booked a room for 3 people. Room had 1 king bed. Front desk and manager Gabriel did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. Wouldn't give a "free rollaway", said they'd never had those. Wouldn't find a couch (like the picture) or a mattress or blow up... nothing. Hotel room looked gross and smelled bad as well. Had to pay for an Uber and increased price for a new hotel at 10pm. Super sucky with 2 kids in tow. Would never, ever stay here again - pretty ironic since I stayed there a little over a year ago and it was fine - basic but fine. Now, it's terrible with super incorrect listings and rude staff.

Avoid! Do not stay here!
This was not a good place to stay. The first set of keys did not work. Back to front desk. The clerk was playing lesbian porn on the lobby tv. We had a king room. We couldn’t get in. He told us he gave us a double queen. It was just a double. We were in town for a concert and by that time we were late so we didn’t look at the room really good until we came back. When I turned on the light in the bathroom, tiny roaches everywhere. There was dried crusty food or something on the faucet on the bathroom counter. This was by far, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!!!

This was a nightmare from the moment I went to check in to the time we left. They cancelled my reservation so I had to pay a higher price then we were informed that there was no hot water but Luke warm then the lock on our room wouldn't work due to the humidity ,then the door opens and the room smells due to mold we have asthma and he's on oxygen so due to the mold we had to use our rescue inhaler 2x each and was sick most of the day,the carpet was oooold and stained ,the bathroom light didn't have a cover over the light, the bed was uncomfortable towels Were small and thin, super thin blankets I had to get our own out of the car. When we went to check out the front desk clerk said wassup .I asked for the manager to let that person know about the problems we had and the front desk clerk said that person wasn't there. To add insult to injury we were to stay 3 nights (which was not going to happen) since they charged me for all three nights before I checked out my last 2 nights were refunded but it won't get onto my account for 7 to 10 days. Don't stay here.
